What a surprise
Having had my account emptied by “fraud” (more likely internal IMO) and horrific lack of response as well as entirely dreadful security, this is no surprise
Why does anyone use them at all? The amount I lost was a couple of hundred and frankly I lost will to live trying to recover but I know a much more active punter who was entirely stitched top by them in very much same manner as above for considerable sum
the next Paddy Power “funny advert” should be managed by ISIS reading out a statement on behalf of all punters, with the PP’s management in orange jumpsuits awaiting the slow severing with a rather large sharp machete
Could watch that all day on a loop

July 2, 2021 at 12:36 #1548748They’re vermin. One of my ex-girlfriends worked for them for a short time; they really treat their staff poorly, even by bookmakers’ standards.
July 2, 2021 at 13:18 #1548751Was just £600 in profit with them a month after opening an account, but that was £600 too much for them so they won’t lay me any bet to lose more than £5 from that day to this.
Absolute shower with the most disingenuous marketing on the Planet.

It's the "Millwall FC" of Point broadcasts: "No One Likes Us - We Don't Care"July 2, 2021 at 13:34 #1548753You have to ask if the punter’s response would have been the same if it was put through at £130 e/w.
You also have to ask if PP would have refunded the difference if it lost.
We all know the answer to both questions.

I've walked and I crawled on six crooked highwaysJuly 4, 2021 at 18:51 #1549190If I’ve read it correctly, when the wrong amount to what he had requested was put on, he was asked by the operator if the bet she had placed for him was correct. Why did he say “yeah”?
July 4, 2021 at 19:40 #1549198He probably figured he could argue he clearly asked for less and misheard if it lost
And if it won claim he knew full well it was 13k
July 4, 2021 at 19:58 #1549203I just love how PP market themselves as an open goldmine if you’re good enough when the reality is if you show the slightest sign of being more clued up than whoever they pay two Bob to to generate their opening show tissue they want let you back anything to win more than the price of a Pot noodle that’s past its sell-by date and in the reduced section.
