Mitchouka and Plan Of Attack for a little fun. Big field Irish handicaps are never worth investing too much time or money in.

The irony is my favourite betting races are long distance handicaps and novice chases!
I’ve just never managed to get any sort of view on these big Irish handicaps. However I’d be lying if I said they weren’t good for a small wager for fun.
My 25/1 on Saturnas doesn’t look too clever now that he’s 40/1. I’ve went in for more though 40/1 ew 6 pls.
I’ve finally settled on another, and I’ve went with Farclas win only.
The Troytown was tough going on the ground so I’ll forgive any horse that underperformed there. I’ve gone with 3 ews

There was a Gigginstown horse (Monbeg Notorious, I think) who was at least half a furlong behind for quite some time. Would like to have seen the jockey pull him up earlier. No wonder so many Gigginstown horses are knackered by the time they reach the sales.
