Thought it worthwhile having two seperate threads.Since I unearthed the Novice Hurdle idea late last year there have been 22 selections.
December….
Far Horizon………………….Won 3/1
Sh Boom……………………..Won 1/1
Coolsan………………………Won 6/4
Fragrant Rose……………..Lost
Lord Sam…………………….Won 6/5
Tufty Hopper……………….Won 6/4
Jupiter de Bussy…………. Won 11/8
Supreme Toss……………..Won 6/5
Bolt Action…………………..Won 2/1
Simply Supreme……………Won 2/5
Hardy Eustace……………..Won 9/10
January
Nil Desperandum………….Won 2/1
King Harald………………….Lost
River City…………………….Won 5/2
Hasty Prince………………..Won 2/1
Laouen……………………….Won 4/5
Silver Knight………………..Won 11/10
Florida Coast……………….Won 5/1
Mister Trix……………………Lost
Supreme Hill…………………Lost
Little Sport…………………..Lost
Tees Components…………Won 4/5
Recently a losing run of 3 brouht the idea back to reality
Results are up to and including 27-1-02
The Irish selections have only recently been monitored.Didn’t have the bottle to back them but they seem to adhere to the criteria.
To 1 point level stakes
Staked…22.00 points——Returned…45.02
Its difficult to predict the future but hopefully an acceptable % can be maintained BUT there is nothing definite in this game.
_____________________________________________
Tuesday 28th January
A busy day
1.20 Muss-Sikasso……………………………..Lost
1.40 Taunton-Desert Air………………………won 11/10
2.00 Tramore-Native Design(Nap)…………Lost
2.10 Taunton-Safari Paradise……………….Lost

January 28, 2003 at 16:23 #44910Keep the faith, I normally only bet on the flat (not aw) and with my betting partner only aim to make between 20 and 40 points a year, but betting at high stakes to make it worth while.
If you continually compound you can build up your betting bank quite substantially.
Good luck tomorrow
