I thought the RP reported the reason why as of the last year or so? Certainly the results section in the newspaper says why.

sometimes youll find it in the rp at bottom of result
‘Vets Certificate’

..especially when the beast in question has drawn stall 16 of 16 in a 5f handicap at Chester
