    I picked a bad day to watch the racing:-
    RIP to Newbury Bob in the 2.50 at Wincanton and Peter Grimes in the 2.40 at Market Rasen.
    Plus there were a few more nasty looking falls today.

    Mort, do you mean Newbay Bob? I am dismayed to hear this, what happened to him?

    Sorry yes it was Newbay Bob – blooming iPad keeps substituting words when it doesn’t recognise what you’ve typed. He had a heavy fall at the first, but don’t know exactly what the injury was. Very sad though.
