    The rule still stands as valid, Captain Bertie downed at 2on at Chester. I wanna know who lays down good money on a 1/2 shot in a h’cap on a dog of a track anyway. Perhaps they should give up the game for their own good?

    I imagine many of those laying the odds-on in small field sellers on the all-weather this winter have given up the game for their own good.
