All Fool’s Day :mail: “As put by one of my ex-workmates”

I will pick a competitive handicap (usually on ITV if I can.)
Because of the weather over the winter months and because I select it Thursday night, I will be looking at All Weather (or Irish races) for the substitute races providing they good in class and field size when picked.
These substitute races only come into affect if the main race gets cancelled.

From these races please select two different horses, one win and one each way. The ew bet will be calculated at quarter odds.

Place terms are normal up to 20 runners
    5 places for 21 to 24 runners
    6 places for 25 to 28 runners
    7 places for 29+ runners.

Anything down at start but refuses to run will be counted as a non runner, but the place terms will remain the same, because it’s a late non runner. So if 21 horses are down at start but 1 refuses to race then I will still be taking place terms for 5 places instead of 4.

Any non runners will be replaced by your substitute horses, which you can as much or little as you like, and even instructions on how they should be used,(like Win/ EW ), if you want.

If the are no substitutes to use then I’ll just calculate those which actually ran.

You’ve have up to the time of the race to enter, but if the substitute race is in operation, it may be earlier than the main race, so watch out for that.

You can alter your selections as many times as you like up to post time, any alteration please post a new post and I’ll follow your last instructions.

All win stakes are 50 points win, EW stakes are 25 points EW and a free forecast at 1 point reverse to keep the calculation simple. So 2 selections =100 points, 1 selection =50 points. All winnings will include your stake unit back like a real bet. Forecast winnings will be what’s printed in the racing post.

    This week’s race is

Crown Workforce Management Handicap Hurdle (Class 5) Stratford 4.02

You've got to accentuate the positive.
    Eliminate the negative.
    Latch on to the affirmative.
Don't mess with mister in between.

I’ve not much of a clue too on the flat, and the Lincoln is harder than the Grand National in my opinion.

My win selection is Empirestateofthemind (res Al Mubhir)

My EW selection is Montassib (res Wanees)

You've got to accentuate the positive.
    Eliminate the negative.
    Latch on to the affirmative.
