I listen to Heather Cox Richardson podcasts each day as I need to know that there are still sane people in America. I can’t believe what Trump is getting away with. Will he be even more dangerous if he loses the mid terms like a wounded animal or will that curb him?

I hope he loses big time Moe..and then it’s time to call in the men in white coats if not before. 🥼🥼 ⛓️ 🗝

Darren what a sickener with Charcara, he looked like a surefire
winner only to throw it away in the back 9. Better news for you
when J Keefer held on to J3rd at 175/1. Brilliant stuff mate,
I’ve backed Keefer this year, he’s always a decent price and I
thought he’d come good one day but I didn’t have a bean on him.

Andre, it’s really worrying, you never know what Trump is going
to do, all we do know is it won’t be anything good. It makes me
think about the 2 attempts on his life (one hitting his ear and
the other caught before he got the chance) where do these come from?
They are obviously being treated as just nutters, but a marksman lying
on a roof, with the wind factor to be taken account of, it was still
a pretty incredible shot. Add to that that he is lying on a roof in
an area supposidly having been checked by the FBI. Now I’ve been
involved with “search and seal” where everything is checked and
marked with tape that it has been thoroughly searched. Of course he
was shot dead, no questions to be asked and answered

It’s just all very strange. Probably in 50 years time there will be
a book brought out by someone wanting to boost there retirement
    pension. Just saying

I have to thank my wife for waking me or I wouldn’t have had
my competition or bets on. Mr Guhan has sorted lots of things,
but still thinks there is something else, especially with my
fatigue. He decided he would arrange a sleep therapy test
for Sleep Apnea. So when the results came back, up to 5
times within the hour is acceptable. It turns out on average
I stop breathing 28 times per hour. I was not expecting that
as I thought I slept quite well. So the next stage of my saga
is I got a Sleep Apnea machine which arrived today which blows
oxygen into your lungs if you’re not breathing. So here we go
again, let’s hope this is part of a big unanswered question. It
can’t do any harm anyway :good:

Ok, back to the betting. I just managed to get my competitions
in on time and with seconds to spare I got my 3 bets on. After
what would have been some e/w treble (on Big Gossey’s day last
Saturday) I tried to get an e/w treble with my 3. Now it’s not
often you’ll hear me saying this, but thank goodness my 1st horse,
Super Survisor 2.46 Haydock) got beat, Bet365 didn’t accept the
E/w treble as the race started seconds ago. They put it through
as an E/w double, Outlaw Peter 9/1 (my nap) and Navassa Island,
won at 10/1 but I had taken 18/1. So from sulking last week, this
double landed me £4,057.60 :yahoo: :yahoo: (plus the 2 win bets)

I’ll definitely get this compied as nothing (apart from the 3 horses)
was declared. Health and money, this could turn out to be a bit of
    a weekend :good:

What a weekend Graham and a super win for you..couldn’t be more pleased . Kept bashing those bookies you’re brilliant at it. :yahoo:

More importantly what a revelation about your sleep apnea and thank goodness your doctor was on the case..keep safe and well. :rose: Jac x

Thanks Jac, maybe someone up there thought enough is enough, give the
guy a break (a double break with the horses :good: )

I’m hoping Bet365 aren’t trying to get rid of me (and why wouldn’t they)
Every time I go to log in it doesn’t accept my password, although I know
it’s right. Every time it rejects it and I have to go through the system
giving my log on name (thankfully that remained the same) but I then have
to give my DOB and they send a text for me with a number I have to give
before I can choose another password. That’s EVERY time for more than a
couple of month now. Maybe they think I’ll get fed up and move elsewhere.
I can’t use Ladbrokes, Corals, Betvictor or a German one I used to use,
although I don’t see them about any more. My heart sunk when recently
a couple of my bets with Paddy Power have been sent to the Trader, before
it was allowed. I like PP, they are one of the more decent bookies, I’d
hate to lose them. If it came to the bit, I can see myself having to use
Betfair Exchange. The couldn’t care less if you win or lose, it’s against
other punters your betting with. Anyway, for now I have no reason to grumble :good:

Moe, I think we should put Andre forward for the next Presedential Election,
they don’t come any more sound :good:

I’m glad your doctor is really on your case Graham! Hopefully the sleep apnea machine will help you get some good rest/sleep finally. Great job with the bookie bashing again Graham! :yahoo: You’ve been on a good run lately. Sounds like you are running out of bookie options, which is not a good thing. The online bookies here all use two factor authentication, texting a six digit code before you can log in. Bet365 logs you out pretty quickly if you’re not “active”.

Glad everything is going well with the family Jac! The Texas/Disney trip will be amazing for Chris and his family. The girls will love Disney I’m sure! Great timing for Louise’s 40th! What could be better than a trip to Newmarket. How is Dave doing?

There are plenty of sane people in the US Moe. Unfortunately not enough of them are in positions of power. The MAGA cult is dangerous. After all he’s done Trump still has some hard-line supporters. Unbelievable! It’s a very scary time, that is for sure.

Two of my three selections in the Pick 3 won, which was great. Unfortunately, my nap wasn’t one of them.

    Can’t n
Match that and not really onto women’s boxing but the 17/10 dubios to stop harper seems ok, although I can only get
13/8( could have had my money easy win dropped her won every round but no finish) due to skybet poor traders :negative:

    Hello Everyone!

I almost forgot about the Aintree comp! Scrambled to throw some selections together for Day 1. Just got in under the wire! Hopefully everyone got their picks in early. :good:

More sad racing news about Gewan. What a shame, a terrible loss and how horrible for the stable staff that care for him everyday. Truly very sad

The Masters starts today – hopefully you’ll post a few selections for us Graham. I always enjoy following your tips.

First candle show of the spring tomorrow afternoon and all day Saturday. Final preparations around here today. Let the craziness begin.

I see Trump is claiming a great peace for the world, after the cease fire in the latest Iran war – a war he started for absolutely no reason at all. What a demented lunatic!

I hope everyone is doing well. Good Luck with your bets and comp selections.
    Take Care

    Andre
