Paddy Power offering Rebels Romance at 3/1 AP for the Sheema Classic
Wonder what happens to those AP bets when RR doesn’t show 🤔
Calandagan is hot favourite for that race which I think he should win if it all goes ahead.
Best of luck Nick and all.
Looking forward to it. Jac

I was looking at the Mullins horse ew Jac, don’t normally play AP but with RR still in market I tried to play, but low and behold traders decision was the call for not taking the bet

Jac sorry to bang on about next week🥳 but R Persad just done a bit on the morning line and said RR is there, the more I look into it the more confused I am( which don’t take a lot now days🤪)

Jac go on the news tab on RP website to the calandagan story they seem to think RR is still there and will run. Docklands and Pride of Arras look like not travelling

I was just about to post about Rishi Persad’s comments on the Opening Show this morning Nick..only just watched it.

I can only say it’s mighty confusing about RR’s participation as his withdrawal from their online competition is definite. Would be a strange move if he was put back in last minute and would imagine players will be asking questions if he takes part now. Of course would love him to run.

I have sent an email to Daleham Hall Stud the Godolphin HQ and requested an update on Rebel’s Romance situation. No idea if they will get back to me but will keep you updated
He is still withdrawn from the competition so the mystery deepens.

I would suggest an NRNB wager if it’s available and proceed with caution ⚠️

Amerjeet **Nap** – 8/1 Paddy Power

He’s my Nap in 3 horses competition today. Not the most consistent of horses but deserves another chance today. :good: Jac

Jeez, what a parlava  Marjorie woke me with a cup of
tea, “what time is it I said rubbing my eyes” It’s 3.25 Marjorie
said.” WHAT!!!, I haven’t got my pick 3 horses on”. I managed to
get the last 3 at Newbury on, well almost as the 1st one at 3.35
I see was marked as 3.36 when I had put them all on. They probably
hadn’t started, but strangely I was relieved just in case they were
off when I had all 3 put on. My 2nd, Palacio, who was my only bet at
time that time won at 16/5 but I got him at 11/2.

I’ve realised that whilst typing away, and watching watching The Chase
with Marjorie, but only when there were 4 left and were playing for £100,000,
well they won :yahoo: and that sent £25,000 to four Charities. Cheered
me up no end. but I’ve realised I missed the last race so I was eating
a scone and jam and clotted cream, that woman is spoiling me  .

I think my last horse was something like Manofthepeople. It probably
got gubbed but I’ll watch the replay on sportingLife as the replay on
racingpost always tells you the result too. That’s it folks, keep your
    chins up :good:

Hope all is ok Graham♥️ long night on the boxing started at 5pm and probably end at 5am
Small bet on liddard to job done inside 1-6 rounds at 7/2 really think he has become a real man last two fights
Jimmy Sainsbury’s I don’t like playing odds on but 4/5 seems fair enough to get the job done inside the distance.
Onto tonight Adames imo beat Hamza (our top prospect but was jobbed with Hamza getting a draw)
So had a little play as he is against the house fighter again but this time hopefully won’t go to cards 3/1 rounds 7-12 will be my play.,tricky stuff tonight but hopefully can get a winner :good: no luck tonight

Good luck Nick, I’ve never put a bet on the boxing, probably because
you don’t get too many 33s or 50/1 shots :-)

My last horse came 4th, that sounds better than it was because
there were only 7 runners and the 3 at the top of the tree had
it between themselves. One 11/2 win out of 2 bets is fair enough.

Off to the golf now to see if I’ve made any progress. Keep well
    Nick :good:

I thought something was afoot when your picks came in a bit late for Neil’s compy Graham but it was a strange days racing and big priced winners hard to come by.

At ieast you both enjoyed The Chase…did you notice that a woman from Dunoon was on it last week..she was a naturist which got a lot of comment from Bradley B-)

Anyway no winners for me today and my TTF horse King Turgeon fell, thankfully he’s ok. :rose:

Marjorie’s doing a grand job feeding you up Graham..you’re worth it.

Take care everyone It’s Lincoln Day next Saturday. :yahoo: .set the Alarm ⏰️ Graham..Jac  x

As predicted Rebel’s Romance will not be turning out for the Dubai World Cup Meeting…but we all knew that didn’t we..🤪
I hope Paddy Power and all bookies who were taking bets on him up until last night refund those bets.

Thanks for the decs Nick :good: and good luck with Ethical Diamond on Saturday. :good:
I think I’m going to have an EW on Royal Power at 20/1 to try for a bit of value against Calandagan.

Godolphin never replied to my email Nick although they acknowledged receipt.
Surely Rishi Persad of all people would have known the situation if I managed to sus it out. He must have done.
I think punters were being kept dangling for one reason or another to keep the interest alive and fill the bookies satchels bit more. Jac

    Spot on Nick. :good:
He’s always enthusing about the horse whenever he runs and he of all people would have known the situation as Rebels Romance was withdrawn from the Fantasy League competition very quickly after his run on ‘Super Saturday’.
He was there and CA must have expressed those doubts to him. It’s very strange.

    Thanks John :good:

I did eventually get a reply to my email to Godolphin regarding RR’s participation, soon after that article on Racing Post website was posted… :mail: Jac
