Thanks Jac, I could do with a boost in the TTF.
I put on a 1st round winner and outright winner, one in the European
tournament Potgieter missed the e/w by 1 shot and is t17 after 2 rounds.I don’t normally do the mixed pairs comps but I flung in Hull/Brennan
and they are T1 after round 1. They were leading it until the other T1
birdied the last hole. So it halved my winnings but at least it covered
last week and this. I’m being offered £77 for their outright but I’m not
taking that. This keeps me well on the golfing trail.

Settled12 December 2025 at 22:22December 13, 2025 at 18:06 #1747516I’m a big fan of Jagwar, I’m not a big fan of Jonjo O’Neil JR. He didn’t
settle the horse early, couldn’t get his jumping timed right and couldn’t
get into a position. He had to settle for last most of the way and the made
a lot of ground through the field after the 2nd last hurdle but the winner
was already many lengths in front. Finished 3rd 1 1/2L and a neck behind
but should have done better. Unfortunately, because of his dad he will ride
him every time. It could cost a big race at the Festival.December 14, 2025 at 12:06 #1747560Shame about Jagwar Graham and hear what you say about Jonjo Jnr. Sadly that’s probably going to be the case going forward for him unless the jockey does the right thing by the horse…I hope so.

Well done with those Golf returns Graham
If there was a TTF for golf you would be streets ahead.Still hanging in there on TTF leaderboard a fraction of a point less than Mike007 and although I don’t have a grey in the King George on Boxing day I do have Lossiemouth in the Hurdle at Punchestown on 28th and possibly Grey Dawning in The Savills although not sure he will run.
Hyland and Intense Raffles are also out and about but miracle needed for them to win.
Enjoying the competition and wish you all some nice wins over the Christmas period..Family coming soon so best get those roasties in the oven..

Decent card on Friday with likes of Opera Ballo declared in the G2 and the listed seven furlong race has some old favs declared, lets hope for a few winners to pay for the christmas turkey (price of a turkey now you probably need to go through the card
) Look forward to your expert opinions

At racing post or sporting life racecardsDecember 16, 2025 at 22:04 #1747763Darren you will see the small blue tab (meydan 19th) on the race dates
December 17, 2025 at 08:48 #1747774What a great card at Kempton today Darren and Nick I’m definitely going to have a play. I’ll skip the Apprentice Race but with 8 more races to get stuck into I’m hoping to sort out 1 or 2 winners so back later.
Thanks for the link to Meydan Nick and see you later, look forward to your choices Nick if your having a pre- Christmas dabble today and also Graham if you get a chance play a few today. Could help stock up with the bubbly and mince pies for Christmas.
Good luck with your horses Darren and give those bookies a bashing. Have a fabulous day the weather looks to be holding out for you.
