Just to say good luck Nathan in the Daylight tomorrow..

I’m out with Louise helping her at a local fete early tomorrow where she is the official photographer for the Scrufts competition and she is selling her wildlife photos and cards so I’m manning the stall. Hope to get a moment to tune into ITVX and catch a bit of the racing.🐎🏇
Just about to put my choices in early so definitely not doing a Mike 007. B-)

Hope your painkillers are managing the painful knee Graham and you are feeling more comfortable.

Well here goes ..diving in now and just hope they all run well…good luck to Andre too and all of us tomorrow…Jac x :rose:

Good Luck to both Jac and Nathan in the Daylight Cup final!! Should be an exciting days racing.

We are just starting our very busy “craft show” season here. We have shows booked almost every weekend until mid-November. (Some are two day shows, some are just one day). Having said that, the next four weekends are all two day shows! So no live racing for me.

How is Louise doing Jac? I’m glad she’s out doing shows and taking photo’s again. Have a lovely day with her.

How’s the knee doing Graham? Maybe a few big priced winners will help ease your suffering.

Just threw a few horses into the comps, as I didn’t have a lot of time to “study”

    Take Care All!

PS – Amazing points total in the Godolphin comp Catherine – well done! It will be very difficult to catch you.

    Thanks Andre :good:
Glad to hear that your craft fairs are taking off, I know how much you and your wife must be putting into running them and expect you have a good client base who return to you each time you show..Best of luck. :rose:

Louise is getting on very well thank you, with her regular monthly injection back on track after her so called Doctor took her off it causing a relapse. All concerned agreed he should never have done that and she is now back better than before enjoying married life and her little boy Oscar❤️ who is now 3 and a half.
Her photography has taken off and she has taken a 14 year old girl with autism under her wing teaching her the photography basics. Her name is Maisie and I met her today at Louise’s local church sponsored yearly event of Scrufts where Louise was the official photographer of the dogs. Maisie is an amazing girl and enjoyed the day.
We all got lucky in the Raffle where we scooped up 4 prizes and I won the competition to win a fluffy German Shepherd from Build-A-Bear by guessing his name..can you guess what I named him…Wilson  and the judges loved that name and want to print a picture of the real Wilson in their post fair magazine…Little Oscar now has a Wilson of his own.🤭🫠

During the day I had been trying to keep an eye on the racing results but couldn’t get a signal until late afternoon. When I saw the results I thought I was looking at the wrong day as not one of mine or Nathan’s horses had managed a place, I think Nathan’s Witch Hunter was 3rd but only 7 ran
So it turned out that I had won the Daylight Cup :yahoo: by being 14 points ahead on last week’s scores.
Would have preferred us both to have had a few win/place horses but it was a funny old week with the weather changing the ground and at least we were consistent both scoring 0-0.
I would have loved to have tied and played another week but I am very proud to have won for Meydan Thursdays and now I will have book end trophies..🏆🐎🏆 :yahoo:
Big thank you to Nathan for being a great finalist. :rose: Jac

Good Morning to everyone i hope that everyone is well and safe.

Well done Jac on winning the Daylight Cup and bad luck Nathan for
just losing out. I did try to win this competition but did not make#
    the knockout stage.

I have some hope that I will improve my Godolphin score in the
short term having made another swap. I now have 2 swaps left.

BigG Graham I hope that all is well with you, I did send you a
PM on Monday Morning but have not yet received a reply from you. :negative:

Congratulations on winning the Daylight Cup Jac!! :yahoo: Bringing it home to Meydan Thursdays! :good:

So glad to hear that Louise is back to herself now. Hopefully she also has a new doctor to take good care of her. I love hearing that her photography has taken off – that is very exciting for her. OMG – Yes, I love that you won a stuffed German shepherd and named it Wilson!! I’m sure Oscar is very happy too!

The craft show yesterday was very busy – and the weather was just perfect. Hopefully we’ll have another good day today. Yes, it is a lot of work – but at least being retired now makes it a little easier.

Take Care Everyone, and good luck with any bets!

Both the above selections ran well but were up against better opposition today. Will follow next time out in lower grade races..Jac :good:
