Shabby: Harsh indeed but some of the words are fair, but deffo not waste of newsprint LOL

This race surely revolves around Albertas Run and Kalahari King with Mad Max possibly the fly in the ointment should he get a soft lead which looks highly likely.

Dependant on the prices i will probably take a chance with Max and 2 RFC with Albertas and KK.

Kalahari King and Somersby don’t convince me although the latter looks better suited to a step up in trip.

I think it is down to Masterminded and Albertas Run who for me are the two best quality horses in the field. Head says Albertas as I agree that MM is better fresh and ground might not be ideal. Heart and wallet will probably go with MM!

The long straight at Aintree will suit Somersby’s run style perfectly, he wasn’t right here last year, kicked at the start and "everything went wrong", Choc said…Mad Max has gone at the game.

MM – a very classy performance – in fact, literally, different class today – superb!

Shows the difference in class between the 2-mile and the 2+1/2 mile competition

Two successive bungling rounds from AP – considering some of the ‘asks’ great achievement from Albertas Run to get round let alone finish second.
