Well I have been studying for weeks and this is the shopping list I have come up with!!

Outright Bets all each way varying places

    D JOHNSON 14/1
    X SCHAUFFELE 20/1
    P CANTLAY 20/1 (Win Only)
    T HATTON 60/1
    G WOODLAND 90/1
    M LEISHMAN 90/1
    E VAN ROOYEN 150/1
    C DAVIS 300/1

I have also backed the outsiders Van Rooyen 290 Woodland 130 and Cam Davis 530 on the machine to lay if they do well early cos I don’t expect them to win but could make money both ways on them.

I am on Cam Davis at 16/1 to be top rookie Tyrell at 14/1 to be top Euro and 4/1 to be top Englishman and Davis at 16/1 to make cut.
I think DJ and Xander are my main two and would love to see Xander win :good: :good:

Be Lucky Folks :good: :good: :good:

Will Zalatoris 33/1 (33/1 1st round leader market)

He’s an emerging big talent in the game and just as importantly
he can handle this course having finished 2nd on his own last
    year on his 1st attempt.

Tyrrell Hatton 50/1 (50/1 1st round leader market)

I think he’s got the game for here. There’s no doubt shots will be dropped,
and Hatton has the best bounce back record on the tour. I think that is
going to be key, he’s now mentally strong.

Mark Leishman 70/1 (60/1 1st round leader market)

It’s not been the happiest of hunting grounds for Leishman in 6 attempts,
but he’s in very decent form and the likely wind and rain will suit him a
lot more than some others. He’s due a big win

Robert MacIntyre 125/1 (80/1 1st round leader market)

He put up a good show here last year to finish T12 here and T8 in The Open. He’s a
very decent golfer on his day, and he, as can be seen, doesn’t bottle it in the
Majors. 125/1 8 places with Bet365 is well worth a shot.

Mackenzie Hughes 250/1 (125/1 1st round leader market)

Had a poor final round of 76 last year, he wasn’t alone there, but his
1st 3 rounds of Par Par Par, was a solid effort. He was really unfortunate
in the match play last time out, he was the only player in the field not
to get through to the knock out stages with 2 wins and a draw. His game
seems good at the moment. 250/1 8 places Bet365 or if you want to drop to
200/1 you can get 11 places with Skybet. Not the craziest bet I’ve ever
    had.

Very best of luck everyone, I love this tournament above all others :good:

Know nothing about golf, but backed 3 on the machine.

Cameron Smith @ 20 (This one was at the behest of my mate, who can’t have him beaten)

Robert MacIntyre @ 210 (He’s from Oban, apparently. I enjoyed Oban on my 1 and only visit. No further justification.)

Christiaan Bezuidenhout @ 310 (Cracking name. Wikipedia suggests he’s a winner on the Sunshine Tour which sounds delightful).

No bets for me as I need to be a good boy with my money, but I’ve tipped up Cameron Smith 16/1, Dusitn Johnsoon 16/1, Si Woo Kim 90/1 and Brian Harman 100/1 to my mate to bet on, think he’s got Finau too.

Can’t wait! Best of luck to everyone!

Just seen Stewart Cink is 200/1 that’s way too big, came 12th here last year and placed 7th in his last tournament the other week, hes come back into form the past couple of years. Great e/w play imo if it’s 5th of the odds then 40/1 for him to place seems incredibly generous.

Found out this morning that my next student loan payment comes in on Monday, which means I can afford to chuck down £30 on the golf, best news ever!

I’ve gone for (skybet top 11 ew)
    Cameron Smith
    Si Woo Kim
    Kevin Na
    Brian Harman
    Stewart Cink

Go on Cameron! Haven’t bet on him but very happy to see Sungae up there! My favourite player by a country mile, suuuuper slow swing and usually has a big smile on his face, was on him a couple of years ago when he came 2nd, what a man!

Apologies for the aftermiming but at pub last night watching the golf so didn’t have a chance to post, chucked £10 e/w on my guy Sungjae Im 15/1 while he was on the back 9, came to the conclusion (in my incredibly intoxicated state) that I’d probably cry if he won and I hadn’t bet on him so my hand was forced.

What a man, did anyone catch him at the Par 3 contest? They showed a clip of his dad hitting a great iron close to the pin and the look on Sungjae’s face was maybe the cutest thing I’ve seen in a long time, he just looked so god damn happy and excited. Can’t help but root for him! Love his unique swing too and watching him hit the ball is a beauty to behold. To my untrained eye it actually looks like he’s sped up his swing just a touch this year.

I can’t see any of mine winning but DJ might get placed. Cam Davis made the cut so good there :good: :good:

For interest I have had two bets on the last day on DJ and Morikawa at 22/1 and 25/1 e/w 3 places without the front two but it looks like Dazzler is the main man for this

    Good Luck Guys :good: :good:
