    We saw two superb yet contrasting rides today.
    AP was scrubbing along on Synchronised from the start; despite the horse not being fluent, he kept close enough to deliver. My money was on Burton Port, who gave me a run for my money.
    Then Paul Carberry in the last on Bellvano; I had him each way and was cursing the jockey. Settled at the back, going wide, not a chance I thot, excpet that Carberry exuded confidnec and his timing was ice-cold.
    It emphasises the importance of a good jockey; Long Run’s connections should take heed.
