good luck folly
Mitraad crucial piece of work thursday.According to Mr Haggas, has been slow to come to hand, him lining up all depends on how he takes this next bit of work
March 26, 2016 at 11:39 #1239868mutarakez (dont shot the messenger) am hearing all might not be ok for next week.As said could well just be silly talk but just passing on he may not line up.
March 27, 2016 at 13:52 #1240040emailed Brian Meehan yesterday regarding Mutarakez but have yet to get an answer, still seems solid enough in betting,so maybe best a dont listen to the person who told me this^
March 28, 2016 at 05:56 #1240095Lord Of The Land as low as 6s with 365.
March 28, 2016 at 09:07 #1240101Lord Of The Land is a silly price now.
Interesting that he has been steadily backed though, because Mondialiste was absolutely friendless in the build up last season and not a penny came for him on the day, yet I thought for a moment that I had landed the bet with that one.
Mutarakez has been backed this morning and is as low as 12/1 in a couple of places, with just one firm going 20/1 now. Maybe there has been something said regarding his participation?
Thanks for the good crack. Time for me to move on. Be lucky.
March 28, 2016 at 09:31 #1240102yep i noticed the money for Mutarakez.I think the bloke who told me he may not line up steve, needs a good kick up the ‘arris
fingers crossed he lines up
March 29, 2016 at 10:25 #1240231Buckstay will go for a race at ascot, instead of lining up in the incoln
March 29, 2016 at 22:56 #1240304If you’re of a nervous disposition, then I don’t think my choice is going to be for you.
EXPRESS HIMSELF is going to have his work cut out weaving his way through this
cavalry charge, because he has a tendency to miss the break, and even when he doesn’t, he
is held up towards the rear early on. He is going to have to find the gaps, and that’s often
difficult (understatement) in a race like this.If that’s the negative side of this horse, the positive is that he is a horse that will be
flying at the finish. If he gets things his way, he has the progressive form which put him
in with a very good shout, and having won on ground ranging from g/f to soft, he will
handle whatever conditions he encounters. He was beaten by Mitraad over a mile at Newmarket, giving him 1lb last July. He went down
by a length, keeping on at the finish. He then went to Doncaster a month later and off a mark
of 92, after being squeezed for room, finished strongly going down 1 1/2 lengths. That was
over 10f, and to me it’s essential a horse gets over a mile in the Lincoln where it’s run at
a pace taking no prisoners, and this year conditions look like being testing. The race which which gives the biggest pointer towards this, was his last time out in a 16
runner handicap at Haydock in October on g/s ground. He completely missed the break, but came
through with a wet sail to win well. I think that is progressive form, and although he has
been raised 8lbs for that, to a mark of 101, I think this was the target from then.He reopposes Mitraad again on 1lb worse terms, but I think he is a better horse than he was
then. Perhaps Mitraad is too, but I’ll take my chance at 20/1 with Boyleports, rather than
a best priced 9/1 with Mitraad.I’ve done the spring double with him and HOLYWELL in the National, just for the hell of it. Best
of luck
March 29, 2016 at 23:02 #1240305Still fancy Donncha but also am on Keystroke of Noseda’s but I am not sure either of them will get in.
I think I need about nine to come out but if they do get in they will both go very close!!
March 30, 2016 at 08:39 #1240313raymo i with(Donncha) you just hoping a few more come out.Not played yet as dont really get involved AP but hoping he gets in.
March 30, 2016 at 12:45 #1240329Mitraad is not going to run in the Lincoln.
William Haggas must have known where they were with him last week and it would have been nice to have let punters know a bit earlier.
They have said the horse isn’t ready to give his best yet.
Predominance is to be aimed at the consolation race because, as was expected, he won’t get into the Lincoln itself due to not having a high enough rating yet.
Thanks for the good crack. Time for me to move on. Be lucky.
March 30, 2016 at 17:42 #1240360i just read somewhere that Mutarakez has been gelded since last season
March 30, 2016 at 18:45 #1240365Just thinking out loud but what about Stipulate as a sporting outsider ?
Was a nice horse when with the Cecil’s and then went to Oz and to be honest disappointed but has been brought back to the UK by Brian Ellison and runs in his wife’s name.
Good reason to make sure you win with it!!
Was rated 109/110 over here before and now runs off 102. Could be a blot on the handicap if readied up for the Lincoln.
I had to have a few quid each way at 33/1.March 31, 2016 at 10:12 #1240392Donncha didn’t make cut, couple of note on the draw
