Hello Bertie.
How can Jim Jts become Pope,You say he is one of the 3 Wise Men,1 Jim Jts,2,Ian Davies,3 Rory.
Doe’s JTS stand for.Jesus The Savior.
Jesus Saves. At the Bank of Ireland.
Just like myself.
And Bertie,Jim will not like you for quoteing him at 10/11 favorite. He hates odds on Favorites.Anyway his true odds are more likely to be 50/1.
If Jim should ever become Pope, his First Blessing, should be on the horses he selects, they would need all the blessings they can get.
To become Pope,You must have intelligence, great knowledge, wisdom.I qualify on all 3 counts.I think I’ll put my name forward.
There are no Updates,Because there have only been 4 meetings so far.Maybe today.
I will post updates as they come up.I won’t forget.
May the Blessings of God,be on you all, opps sorry got carried away with myself, and the Elections did’nt even start yet.
Win A Lot

February 27, 2003 at 12:35 #45636Hi Jim & Winalot
Can we call a truce… or this could end up the longest running thread in history!
I appreciate your difference of opinions and I respect them both… personally I am a systemite but that is because I couldn’t pick a winner to save my life!
Regards
Bricoman
PS: Come back Del Burgess we need you!!
February 27, 2003 at 22:18 #45637Pope???? I almost choked on my glass of orange
No wonder Dave is laughing he knows the score ;)
Thanks anyway for the kind word Bertie, I’m sure all of you that have taken time to read this thread will no doubt see that Winalot is a point short of an odds on shot  I’ll let his replies bring him down without me having too…
This topic would be better off deleted in my opinion before it get really out of hand, I’m ignoring anything that Winalot says as of now!
 still laughing at the Pope stuff  only Scots would understand what this is all about!
Me for Pope wouldn’t go down too well with my bead rattling friends in Glasgow
February 27, 2003 at 23:45 #45638Poor Jim … no wonder you want this one deleted .. some people don’t know where to draw the line do they ???

February 28, 2003 at 08:29 #45639Jim: my suggestion that you be the next Pontiff wasn’t such a shot in the dark, there was a clue in the message – "when the white smoke signals from Castel Gandolfo reach for the blue sky…"
White smoke signals from the Vatican’s Synod of Cardinals spelling out ‘Jim The Saviour’ is quite a powerful image and one that is certain to even increase your already legendary status in Glasgow! It’s not too late to start using your left foot, you know!
William: absence of modesty makes you a non-runner in the Papal Stakes but your description of Jim, Ian and Rory as the Three Wise Men is spot-on! Who’s the wisest of the three?
Just thought this thread was getting a bit too personal and could do with a little bit of light humour.
Toodle pip!
February 28, 2003 at 10:55 #45640Hello Bertie.
Could’nt post here yesterday,wen’t out for a drink { Bucket },got blotto.
I thought we were all having a little bit of fun on this post.
Seams some people have no sense of humor.
I did’nt know that Jim was from Glascow,I love Glascow, always have a great time when I am over there,Love the sense of humor of the Glass wee Gins
Next time I am over in Glascow,I think I’ll ask Jim out for a drink of orange, and make up.I might even give him a Winner or two.
Good Luck.

March 26, 2003 at 22:20 #45643no updates WW – has this lost your interest or have the results been a bit patchy? ;)
March 27, 2003 at 01:02 #45644tttracing.
The last update was on March 21,2003.
There have been no bets since that date.
I won’t forget to update.
The bank started with £210.00.
The Bank now stands at £196.75.
A loss of £13.25 since the start.
This System only works over a period of time.
I guarantee that it will come around to show a profit.
The results have been VERY bad,Don’t know why.
I have not lost interest,I have been using this system for years, and never failed to show a profit.
Anyone can check this system against the form book, results pages.
Keep checking.

March 27, 2003 at 08:06 #45645William,
Thanks for the update.
March is a dodgy time for favourites, with changing conditions underfoot and the effective transition from jumps to flat.
Does this not mean that you should concentrate on May-August and then have a break and start again November-February, in tune with the more predictable periods for favourites?
March 31, 2003 at 23:27 #45646tttracing.
As you can see by the results,as you state March was a loseing month. But the 3 Races system doe’s not rely on the outcome of winning favorites, but on the outcome of the percentage of winning races.
Races as against Horses.
March was very unusual, with 4 loseing meetings in succession.Although the system can take a long loseing run, because over a period, the percentage is in the systems favor.Eventually the system will come into profit, although the profit will take longer to achive.
Patience is the basis of this system.
I will continue to post ALL the results.
tttracing.Keep checking the results, and see how this system comes into its own.
You CAN make money from this system,as I have done for years.Don’t give up.Give it a good run.
Check it for yourself,if you have any past results.
April 1, 2003 at 19:57 #45647Hi William,
Thanks for the update – it will be interesting to see how april develops.
April 1, 2003 at 22:55 #45648TTTRACING.
Very bad results, don’t know why the meetings are not producing favorite winning races. It goe’s against all the percentages, the fav not winning any races at these meetings.
Not to worry,it will eventually pick up.Trust me.
In all probabilities the system will come into profit, thereby recouping all loses.
Since Feb 20,2003
6 Winning Meetings
8 Loseing Meetings.<<<<<<<<<
14 Meetings Total
^^^^^^^^
Watch out for the Loseing meetings next time.
tttracing,do you see what I am pointing to.
Read between the lines.
As I said,It is up to the person to use the system their own way.
If I put to much about this system on this forum,I will probably be shot down,it has been done before.
tttracing. You are one of the few that takes the racing game seriously. You do not judge a system as bad, just because it is in the RED.I think by your replys that you can see a good thing.Always pull any system apart,to see how it performs. There a some very good systems and tipsters on this forum. But you have to seek them out.I like a joke as well as everyone else, but not after only a few weeks puting my selections on the forum, and the selections fail to show a profit, and they all come at me,as useless. On Feb 20,2004 one year after I first posted the 3 Races system, and my selections on the forum, then if they are both showing a loss,I would expect to get a B****king, fair enough.
P.S.My selections in the Betting Tips forum, had at least one winner every day. There is another method you could work on.Get the message.
Give it TIME.
April 2, 2003 at 08:42 #45649Hi William,
Have been watching your thread with interest. I used to run a system where I’d back a favourite after two had lost the previous races. Due to a lack of patience on my part I discontinued it, although the results were quite profitable at the time. I think that you’ve started at a very difficult time of year & it will be no surprise if things will improve once the flat form is established.
All the best
Phil
April 2, 2003 at 18:36 #45650Hi William Winalot
From a table in Know Your Bets by David Bennett, for a system that selects 33% winners you can expect to get a losing run of 14 consecutive bets in a thousand races,
and a losing run of 5 consecutive bets in every 50 races.
So I would expect about the same in favourites.
I am sure things should buck up soon.
My system is down to 91 points from a starting bank of 200 points. So I think the last two months have been very poor for favourites and even when they do win the odds are terrible. I also don’t know why this is so.
As you say stick with it – its the long run that matters.
Cheers
John (JAR)
