One True King or Solo for me now.
I really should just sit it out, but a small bet on Solo to soften the blow should he win it.
Solo 16’s
January 9, 2021 at 13:36 #1516999Added Mahler’s Promise @ BSP now, could well go off near three figures. Longshanks McLernon and Seamus Mullins the non-elite combo.
January 9, 2021 at 13:54 #1517004Rusty with UK racing but i was temped to take One True King antepost but didn’t. Too short now.
Have my eye on the improving The White Mouse. Also taken a flyer on Exod’ela ata big price. Liked his run at Cheltenham, and bag in a big field, you never know.

Hindsight is 20/20 so make the most of it!January 9, 2021 at 15:29 #1517030Mount Mews ew 6pl for me. Has a bit of an engine and better over hurdles than fences.
January 9, 2021 at 15:36 #1517031Well done if you found that one.
January 9, 2021 at 15:37 #1517033Ears pricked up the run in too.
January 9, 2021 at 15:43 #1517036Solo was never really put into that one but Cobden was looking behind up the run-in. I wonder whether he’s being readied for a tilt at the County Hurdle or Coral Cup.
January 10, 2021 at 08:36 #1517093Confusing result there – all the sexy progressive ones flopped and the exposed/regressive ones like Boreham Bill, Hunters Call and Amour De Nuit came to the fore.
One for Ben The Butcher and one for the bookies…
January 10, 2021 at 11:20 #1517098I think there was a distinct lack of sexy, progressive types in the race
It’s been a strange year for these types of races so far, in my opinion. Henderson can’t get going ( Nico isn’t riding well either, in my opinion) whilst several other big yards can’t hold their form
Nicholls is mopping up the prize money with comparative easeJanuary 10, 2021 at 17:49 #1517134If you nipped down into the systems section you’d have had a fair pointer….
” The Spirit of SWIMBO” to be precise.January 10, 2021 at 19:06 #1517138Coney, I agree, Solo the one to take out of that.
I think you can take your pick for what the target is, but it looks certain that he’s getting readied for something. It’s difficult enough to guess the distance, never mind the race, but he’s straight in the notebook anyway.
