Just want to put in a good word for the old boy. He won at a canter today at the ripe old age of 13 for I think the sixteenth time at 14/1, and THAT’S the sort of thing that gives me pleasure in racing

Southwell must name one of their facilities after him and even a race because he is just a fantastic horse.

Still, yes, Kylkenny is an utterly admirable racehorse; and having seen Hughie Morrison bag both maidens at Kempton the day before I wish I’d chanced my arm on the old boy being similarly able to step up on recent efforts and oblige yesterday. Meh.
