I nearly bet Chtibello for this, as I think 4-1 is a fair price. I bet a lot of the yards runners too, but in the end I went with Elgin.

I know that he has had a long layoff, but I noticed some money for him last week for The Champion Hurdle, so I just wondered that maybe they had him back in good nick after his absence. He will like the ground, and he won this in 2018. They liked him enough that day to supplement him for The Champion Hurdle, so I will take the 9-1.

Looks a decent price now Mark, with Fusil Raffles not going now. Best of luck.

I’m not wanting to bet in this, but I’m interested in Quick Grabim at 25’s.

Bob, I haven’t read anything about rescheduling, so you can go ahead and delete this.

I’ll Archive it just now Mark, think you’re right, can’t see it being rescheduled, but no harm in keeping it another week.

I’d be happy to see Fusil swerve this, and go straight to Cheltenham, but if he does trap, it’ll be everything crossed for a return to form.

Quick Grabim very interesting at 33’s EW three places, but no money down yet.

This still looks a race to swerve for me, but I’m still very interested in Quick Grabim, and the 18’s looks ok.

He’s getting bet, but I might just hold off, and maybe back in running.

Not the greatest renewal. I think Song for Someone is still improving and should have a decent chance here. 9/4 will do.

I agree DBR, but at a few points more, I’m going to side with Elgin at 5-1

I was a huge fan of Quick Grabim in his early days, but his first run after leaving WPM wasn’t that encouraging.

I’ll still bet him here though, in the off chance that he needed that run.

    12/1

WD DBR, I think that’s what they call a wet sail!

Nice interview with owner and trainer, seem like good eggs both.
