The bus from High Wycombe (No 40 Bay 3) leaves at 10.35 and arrives opposite the Cherry Tree (a very nice pub) half an hour later. Walk back to the previous junction, turn left and just keep walking. Takes about 15 minutes and the fat bloke in the grey coat with the red and grey rucksack is me.
170 entries with a noon start and My Way De Solzen entered in the Open. Will get you nicely sharpened up for Cheltenham.
March 10, 2010 at 21:28 #281563Might see you there, Bob!

March 11, 2010 at 15:10 #281724Five Seven Live going to Cottenham. Will we get a run?
March 11, 2010 at 15:18 #281725If you turn up you should do Roddy – not many runners.
Will likely be at Cottenham myself on Sunday so hope to see him
March 11, 2010 at 15:23 #281726Cannot make it unfortunately but confident the horse will
March 11, 2010 at 16:32 #281732Five Seven Live is one of only 14 in the Ladies Open, Roddy, so you should be guaranteed a run as the safety factor isn’t as high as that there.
Not sure it’s the strongest Ladies ever. King Du Berlais and Bell Rock were second and third in it last season but only the former is in much form at present; whilst the Rucker pair of Petit Lord and Honest Endeavour have a raft of entries each this weekend so are no certainties to rumble up at Cottenham at all. Very best of luck, whatever takes yours on!
