    LADBROKES were offering 50/1 about "Albertas run" for the King George!
    too big a price for us loyal supporters to ignore, he will be sent off at 20/1
    so long as the ground doesn"t soften too much! You can still get 33/1 !!
    Should be a cracking race anyway!

    I know you speak the truth abouth your ante-post bets, because it was me who first mentioned Miesque at 16/1 for the 1,000 – and when someone queried it, you correctly identified that it was Ladbrokes who had been offering it (22 years ago?).
