April 23, 2014 at 09:16 #476605Been a shocking race for punters already with amongst others Honor Code, Shared Belief and Cairo Prince all no shows.
Bookmakers have now put California Chrome in very short. Let’s hope he isn’t the latest let down.

I am not a fan of Californian horses, they don’t show at Kentucky Derby,….and California Chrome will be unworthy favorite for derby…so I rather look elsewhere….speaking about class – CC have to beat some classy horses yet….
May 3, 2014 at 02:41 #477721Anyone else have picks for this race?
Heavily favored filly Untapable won the Kentucky Oaks today with Rosie Napravnik aboard (her 2nd Oaks win in 3 years). Unfortunately Rosie is riding a longshot on the rail tomorrow. The track seems to be playing fair and the weather looks good for tomorrow. Should be quite an exciting race tomorrow!
May 3, 2014 at 22:32 #477948I have lumped on California Chrome. HAs looked visually impressive and I hope he can recoup my Kingman losses!
The home of American Racing – Stateside ATR are………NOT…..showing it!
Well done RUK for showing it live.
May 3, 2014 at 23:26 #477954Awesome.
May 4, 2014 at 01:08 #477966So how ’bout that California Chrome! What a professional. Great horses give themselves a perfect trip, and that’s exactly what happened today. Was totally under wraps that last 1/16, hence the slow time.
