    A P O’Briens 3yr old is reported to have died. Not sure what happened as it was off a racecourse. If anyone has an info I would be grateful?

    Not that this is much help but her Racing Post profile confirms she has died. Such a shame, I thought she had a really great name and looked like a nice filly :(

    I would imagine it would be a training accident?
