yes qc – even though I’m still angry about his greyhound comment this morning I have to say that he touched my shoulder and said excuse me by the pre parade ring at Cheltenham the other year and I went quite goose bumpy – was only thinking this morning on The Morning Line how well preserved he is [but he doesn’t smoke or drink does he]…..and he’s got a great sense of humour…and he’s rich….

Edited-I have had simular jibes thrown at me by a lot more "senior" members than Triple Crown, perhaps you could clarify if we’re aloud the odd genuine spelling mistake Corm?

No need to shout

T_C – What was the point of pulling up MM on some minor grammar and spelling mistakes… ? There was no point to it, had no relation to the topic and to be honest was pretty rude. It’s not what a forum is about. :(

I love Johhny Francome he’s a great bloke but boy does he talk some rubbish.

Its Alice Plunkett I can’t stand I’d love to get a club and set about her.

There’s just something about her that REALLY irritates the hell outta me.

I reckon I’d lay John Francome all of his selections at 20/1. It’d be the nearest I’d ever been to a sinecure.

lol….and he can still pull in the ladies from what I saw at Newbury a year or so ago. A most attractive young woman blatantly flirting with him around the paddock, he seemed most uncomfortable and after a couple of questions, made his excuses and left.

I was standing next to him at the time – I didn’t get a look in either :(

If anyone here wants some 20/1 I’ll be happy to lay it- he’s got as much chance as we have of a post-free week from Micky the Moo.

He may have given you a large portion

I should think he did look uncomfortable. At his age he’s probably fed up of bimbo’s, been there done it, bored of it.

(Not that I was calling you a bimbo UM  ).

Or as much chance as you not getting a thrill from your disrespectful remarks towards me.

But don’t worry, I have a 2 week holiday booked in 2012, so you will have a few post-free weeks then…..

…. and here’s me thinking a forum was for expressing thoughts, opinions etc via virtue of posting.

But seriously, if you do have a problem with me posting on the forum frequently then please get it off your chest and tell me what it is (or express it to Corm) – but if you don’t, then kindly keep your sarcastic remarks to yourself.

    Thank you.

Mikky, we all (even you  ) have the option of ignoring his advice.

I’m pretty sure it wouldn’t pay to take tips off Mr Francome in the hope of making money. JF is one of a breed of racing pundit who are there to express views but whom would know little of the form book. He has better ways to pass his time. The same applies to Willie Carson. Serious punters who supply tips I would suggest would be messrs. Nevison, Mellish, Doyle, etc. Other pundits employed in racing such as Thompson, Bird and Cattermole are merely giving an ‘uninformed’ view. It pays to be selective and ignore those who present themselves as on ‘the inside’. Mr Francome is a top man, but not for tips.

But use graysonscolumn as an example. Has worked with newspapers for a long time.

Heh, it probably feels like that given my ceaseless prattle, but it is still less than three and a half years ago that I submitted my first ever race review to Neigh, and still less than two years since my first paid gig.

You can count his grammatical mistakes on one hand since he joined the forum.

Sadly you can also employ the same method to quantify all my winners in that time. 8)

I tolerate her readily enough, but that will all change if the day ever comes that I cease to look better in leather trousers than she does.
