Ghaiyyath to face 5 runners, 3 are O’Brien’s.
September 10, 2020 at 14:39 #1500613I think it’s a bit exaggerated Frenchy, but there have been some shockers. Take a peek at the mockery that was Haradasuns Queen Ann.
More than a bit surprised too see Moore jocked up on Japan rather than Magical. Intriguing.
BUY THE SUN
September 10, 2020 at 20:28 #1500673Wow didn’t expect that, but think that just says Ghaiyyath is an absolute penalty kick here now. Thought there might be more AOBs.
They have a clear excuse for Japan from the KG, but hard to have faith him to beat Ghaiyyath after that. Not backed anything yet but If I can get anything decent I’ll be on the fav after all!
September 10, 2020 at 22:16 #1500684Be interesting to see what price Sotsass is in the w/o ghaiyyath market
September 11, 2020 at 01:48 #1500757Good going or good to soft going Ghaiyyath will win. I have learned over the years you have to learn what are the good horses. This season has been very hard. But you need to learn the good horse for that year. Saying that with the late start of racing I am totally in the dark this year. I actually think most of the two year old this year are not up to much. I have backed two 50/1 shots for the Derby next year, both have group 1 entries. My thinking is if they do well I can cash for a profit. Lets see what will happen.
September 11, 2020 at 17:53 #1500889I was thinking about betting Sottsass for the arc this year, so I’ll bet him 8-1 ew + hope that he gets close to Ghaiyyath who should be an easy winner here
September 12, 2020 at 16:03 #1501089Sottsass might just get this.
September 12, 2020 at 16:04 #1501090Ghaiyyath Magical forecast wudnt surprise as long as Magical isnt a sacrificial lamb.
September 12, 2020 at 16:10 #1501092Ghaiyyath Japan forecast: will take the chance we can draw a line through Ascot for Japan
September 12, 2020 at 16:16 #1501095Yay! Magical.
September 12, 2020 at 16:18 #1501096Increasingly perplexed about Moore’s decision.
BUY THE SUN
September 12, 2020 at 16:26 #1501102Magical always runs to a similar level
She is an Iron horse
Ghaiyyath didn’t have quite the same spark today
His run style must take its toll on him, hes not holding anything back in his races
Still a brilliant horse, maybe wise to put him away for the season now
September 12, 2020 at 16:28 #1501105Rematch in the Champion Stakes hopefully. Moore will probably choose an inflatable space hopper, if entered.
BUY THE SUN
September 12, 2020 at 16:29 #1501106Change of tactics helped. Eyeballed Ghaiyyath today.
September 13, 2020 at 03:13 #1501319Backed the Monster in every race this year and gutted he lost this. However I think he is well due a rest after a hard season – not sure if just over 4 weeks is a long enough rest before Champions Day, I am hoping it is.
If he had to be beat I am glad it was by Magical who is my favourite Mare in training by a mile.
