It has been on about 12.45 but with racing starting earlier now I would think he will be on soon after noon but I don;t know that for a fact.
Do ATR have schedules on their website?
Sorry I can’t be of more help, Cav.
I will try to contact Hugh for you.

"Sorry for delay in replying, have only just returned from holiday.
You are right that the Form Factor is on Wed lunchtime and Friday Focus, unsurprisingly, on Friday lunchtime. The usual starting time is about 12.45pm though this is very flexible depending on whether we have any live races (which will become a frequent event over the winte rmonths), also whether we have an on-course presenter doing a preview of the day’s racing, etc. Sometimes they advertise the programme to start at 12.45 but it’s 1pm before I make any contribution. It also depends on how much I have come up with, I usually try and find a few eyecatchers as well as selections for the day but often can’t think of much more than that.
Hope this helps

November 15, 2010 at 22:58 #328149SInce ATR have been talking this guy up I’ve had a look and there do seem to be a lot of mythical prices recommended – first shows from the likes of crybet and unsportingbet. Even if you give him the benefit of the doubt and say that it’s his tips moving the prices, you have to ask what is the point?
Is there a complete record of his bets anywhere?

there is a list at this link.
November 16, 2010 at 00:25 #328166He has had a cracking couple of weeks. Must be pointed out, his profit/loss has the prices HE gets, not what is available to the punters . .
November 17, 2010 at 17:39 #328361They are available for punters to back at those prices; but only if you’re very, VERY quick. Before bookmakers reduce their liabilities. With Hugh’s reputation, you can’t blame bookmakers for running scared.
