Yeah. Of course. I knew i was forgetting one of the all time greats in Miesque. Masterful horse. As good as Zarkava? Hmmmmmmmmmm………………one for a debate that one.

Said it before, but i like saying it Dancing Brave would have laughed at her!
No doubt about it! Having said that i cant think of anything else that would have given her sleepless nights! Over 1m Miesque would be 10/11 Zarkava 11/10 IMO!

Am I the only one to be sick to the back teeth with the obsessive coverage of Fallon’s return today.

Let’s take a reality check here – this is a jockey returning form a cumulative three year suspension / ban.

OK he is a good jockey but his return does not merit the blanket coverage.

It is not the second bl**dy coming

I suppose if he doesn’t win tonight the whole circus will move onto Haydock tomorrow – a good reason to avoid that meeting.

(By the way there was no question mark after the first paragraph because it is a rhetorical question – I know I am not the only one)

Do rhetorical questions need question marks (?). Don’t answer that……

The annoying thing about his return is that people have thrown money at donkeys because he’s on them. I backed his first runner and that was it, because i felt it would have won regardless of who was on it. Found one too good though.

His return was good PR and a good day for the bookies.

At least, you have the comfort of knowing it wouldn’t have won – regardless of who was on it.

Then don’t get mad, get laying!

I didn’t see any of his rides today, but I would not have been surprised were there still signs of being just a little bit below optimum race-fitness, simply from not having been actively engaged in the pursuit for so long. If that is the case, then maybe a short period of exploiting that for financial gain is in store.

Granted, Hayley Turner was back in winning form only a few days into her return. But then she isn’t a 44 year-old man.

I don’t think lack of fitness will stop him. He may take a week or two to get back to 100% but I reckon he’ll be 95%+ already and I don’t think he’ll get beat on many he should have won on.

Was so pathetic watching all the addicts in the shop today piling their money on to Gerard Butler’s in the Conditions race. That was followed by piling their last pennies on Bugaku…

I’m as big a Fallon fan as you can find, but the only bet I’m guilty of having done today is for all his mounts to win at 80,000/1.

    For a 2p stake :D

I’m not a layer or i would have. I guess ‘annoyed’ was too strong a word. I’d rather punters made the bookies work a bit ahrder though.

These bookies have a license to print money, and they get away with murder. BoyleSports opened his first ride at 8/11. Just ridiculous.
