This data, while recorded, isn’t available to the public. The last time I inquired I was quoted a six figure tribute ‘to cover the costs’ of providing me with a year’s worth of such data!
The best you can do at present is to look at the winners’ finishing time and work backwards, guessing what each distance between horses equates to in time terms. For this you have to hope that the judge in question used the correct scale for converting times to distances.
If you’re just looking for the times of race winners, then Raceform Interactive would probably be your best bet. You can also get this info from racingpost.com.
