I never follow gambles, if the price has gone the value has gone.
I've stumbled on the side of twelve misty mountains
I've walked and I crawled on six crooked highwaysDecember 31, 2022 at 15:51 #1629121“I never follow gambles, if the price has gone the value has gone.”
Despite not necessarily agreeing with you Purwell it’s hard to say you’re wrong! As without being insiders ourselves we can never truly know which gambles are good things and which ones are more likely to fail.
Though one thing I’d have to say is that the more selective we are whether it be betting in general or betting on these gambles, the more successful we are.
December 31, 2022 at 16:04 #1629123TC, I know the score for about 30 years now. The first two gambling trainers I started following in the early 90s were Reg Akehurst and Sir Mark. But I think the game is getting boring letting those things happen. How many days would the last in countries like Hong Kong, Japan even the US?
Have to agree with Purwell that once the”good” price has gone there is no more reason for lumping on. Once the price doesn’t reflect the true chance a horse has, despite being a gamble, despite being well in and so on, you just move on.
