Do let cat out the bag Nath you do i did the 1st 2 outright bets before draw.Senegal after draw here reasons

    SPAIN 7/1

They have a world class team from De Gea a back 4 of Pique and Ramos with Alba and Dani Caraval.Midfield full of talent from Koke to Iniesta David Silva not even mention Thiago Alcantara.Or the best spainish player of 2018 who was ISCO he has it all could be main reason why they lift the cup.Morata and Costa as well. up front

    CROATIA 40/1

This team remind me of Portgual no Ronaldo here but there strong in midfield with Modric,Rakatic and
Ivan Persic.Include Mandzukic up front can make big impact here even though draw out Argentina but Croatia are stronger team then them.

    SENEGAL 250/1

After draw was looking for a darkhorse and found them with this team. With Sadio Mane up front he can scare teams with his pace and abilty to score goals.Have a English based midfield with Guyae from Everton and N’Diaye from Wolves. and at the back in Kouilbaly have one of best defenders in Europe.Group they in all look the same not a big team. And if they win group every chance face England in last 16 and that a tie that the English will not fancy.

Nath if EGYPT do anything be because of Elneny at Arsenal mate ;-)

And how think England do with that group should get into last 16 but what happen if they fail to get out of group.

    England’s group isn’t totally straightforward.
Panama look the whipping boys but 1st time at the finals plenty of motivation etc. It’s a bit silly to say England may not take them seriously enough being a World Cup game but it is England….
Tunisia are a funny side, they always seem to be favs in the African Cup of Nations but rarely do a lot. England will be expected to beat them both 7-0 or such like by the media but the Tunisian should be a tight affair being 1st game.

Uruguay for me for team outwith favourites,, They have the Athletico Madrid defensive partnership which should mean little goals conceded, and Suaraz and Cavani upfront should mean goals, talented midfield, and fairly easy group with Russia top seed who I think are a poor team.

Should win the group the face a poor and ageing Portugese team (how on earth they won Euros i’ll never know) from quarters it’ll get tough with usual suspects awaiting – probably France looking at the draw

28/1 or so should get a good run – throw in Suarez top scorer as well at 25/1 as their group looks pretty weak and could see few goals there.

Of the favourites France looks good on paper, Brazil impressive in qualifying

Poland another outsider to do well look solid team with winnable group and could face England in last 16 which is very winnable – sadly my lot are not there again (Scotland) so its Belgium / Panama and Tunisia scarfs for me – sorry guys :mail:

Uruguay are interesting Rooster. I’d like to see a market on which team would be top scorers as they would enter the equation

    Gabreil Jesus 16/1
    KYLIAN MBAPPE 33/1
    ISCO 50/1

    Bets for golden boot

And at 50/1 done ISCO for player of tournament

Slightly boring from me, but i fancy Spain 6s and Germany at 5s to win.

Followed Darrens Senegal pick to make the Quarters at 7/1- realistically they will face Belgium or England, (hopefully England)….they’d need to finish 2nd though to reach Belgium you’d think. Either way, they should have a fair chance of reaching the quarters.

Gone with Timo Werner 16s, Muller 33s + Coutinho 50s for top goalscorer..

I might follow Darren on the Isco player of the tournament at 33s

I’ve taken three in the outright betting. I think Uruguay might have a squeak at 33/1.
Suarez is a match winner every time he walks on the pitch, whether they has the strength
in depth to hold out at the other end is debatable, but worth a go at those odds.

Argentina at 10/1 are a bit more of a solid bet, and again, like Suarez,
they have a couple of match winners in Messi and Aguero. I think at this level, it’s the
special players that tip the balance.

Lastly, I’m going for Belguim at 11/1. Well lets face it, they have a pish
easy group to get through B-)

Am on URUGUAY at 28/1 and GERMANY at 9/2.

Spain are in transition and just cannot win it for me. Argentina France and Brazil are not for me for a variety of reasons and England can’t win either and what a mad price they are too!! 16/1 CRAZY!!

The only other team I considered was Sweden but the that would have been crazy too!! LOL

Have had three doubles and a treble SENEGAL URUGUAY and CROATIA to win their groups. Wis me £170 for a tenner if it happens LOL

I still think the boxheads will win this thing LOL

COME ON THE JERRIES :good: :good:

Thats probably not PC so apologies to any German people or relatives on here!!

    28/1 for highest scoring team.

Germany 9-2 and France 13-2 for the win. They are coming from different halves of the draw if they win their groups as expected, so could meet in the final.

Top scorer Griezmann 10-1 ew 6 places.

Anything can happen so good luck. :good:

Had a small e/w bet on Russia at 80-1. I’ve read all the stuff about what a rubbish team it is and don’t dispute any of it. I still think there’s a chance they can bribe their way to at least the semi-finals though!
