Something for Purwell to look at in HRB these are all 20 points clear
in the ratings.
2.55 Fak Dolphin Vista Pl
1.25 Fak Gin and Toni L
5.20 Wol Big Time Maybe/Desert Doctor joint top rated L&W7/4January 22, 2018 at 10:45 #1338597Monday . . . continued.
Because Fakenham suggests soft to HEAVY condition I must avoid taking part.
The early market has nothing to grab my attention at Wolverhampton leaving me with a rest day.

I am impressed with the data base and general feel of the site but it can obviously do a lot more than I need from it.
Well worth the money in my opinion.I've stumbled on the side of twelve misty mountains
I've walked and I crawled on six crooked highwaysJanuary 22, 2018 at 18:41 #1338639I intended to start this post with a prayer that summer arrives soon but will hardly believe it possible.
Today, Monday, being very barren about my betting and tomorrow is looking much about the same having HEAVY within the description of the ground conditions at both the NH meetings at Leicester and Wetherby.
The VAMPIRE Plan once again fails to find any selections at Southwell.

January 22, 2018 at 20:00 #1338659Did you read on the main forum about speculation about making it a minimum £10 a bet, bill….?
Don’t think it will happen personally and I know you wouldn’t be for it.
I had a 70/1 winner on my football thread yesterday bill to a 50 pence stake, something that I’d never of done if force to stake higher.Gaelic Warrior Gold Cup Winner 2026

I have been trying for weeks to get an appointment to see my doctor but did manage today to get as far as the practice nurse and I don’t think I have much need to worry about £10 minimum bets.
Anyway, it is good practice when in business to look after the little man and always remember that one day they could be an important client/customer.

I rarely have single bets of £10 a time and don’t think many people do. Are you saying they will not accept bets less than £10?

We are missing MrE but still the hits continue as his thread breaks the 20,000 barrier. Who knows he may pop in at this milestone time and up-date us regarding his progress.
I have looked at the early market movers for today, Tuesday January 23 and because of the going at both NH venues are unsuitable (for me) I only considered SOUTHWELL. Thinking I had spotted two selections the excitement soon fell away when finding each had a 7lb claimer in the saddle, which for me is a reason to swerve.
CAPTAIN LARS (2.30) & GOING NATIVE (1.20) are the pair if anyone is interested.

January 23, 2018 at 10:16 #1338719Because of such miserable betting idleness of 2 days without a bet I have succumbed to investigate an idea out of my present systems which I post for any person who may be interested and willing to toss the idea around.
It was suggested here (MrE I think) to use the RP race cards where the tipsters choices are registered as “number of tips”.
In theory the horse with the over all majority of tips such as 8+ should do well but experience shows this is not always so.
Because favourites have the highest win percentage they also should do well.
In small field races, where it is most likely there will be 8+ tips the most winners may possibly be available under 2/1,
Today: –

1.00 Don Des Fosses x8 [13/8]……………………………Lost
1.30 Optimus Prime x 13 [3/10]…………………………………………Won 2/9

We have two selections in common, mine derived via the ongoing Lazy Punter where the selection process could not be easier.
I confess to have succumbed to a 50p TRIXIE, A WINNING DOUBLE & A PROFIT simply out of boredom and if the £10 minimum starts anytime soon I will be one of the first to be pushed out of the door.

January 23, 2018 at 16:07 #1338785£10!! I’ve never had a £10 bet in my life, £5 being the biggest when I had a ‘hot tip’ in the Scottish National which PU’d!3pence ew these days with my online W Hill account. Surely they won’t take away my main pleasure in life these days [sob]….I’d probably have to turn to drink which would cost the NHS in the long term….
January 23, 2018 at 17:39 #1338793This run of poor ground conditions may be saving me a few pennies because again tomorrow (WEDNESDAY) both NH meetings mention HEAVY within the going conditions and so are again avoided.
The VAMPIRE PLAN does not help me either without any selections.
Who knows the composite idea I posted having 2x winners from 3 picks may be resorted to once again.
If there are more than three selections (TRIXIE) moehat may not be the only 3p player in the game.

Don’t worry I had a misunderstanding
The person who put the below link up was saying it should be a minimum £10 bet, I use read it too fast and thought that was what the story was about….

I’m with you guys, prefer betting much smaller

Welcome to the world of misunderstanding, a place where I have lived for far too many years. The BIG problem being the misunderstanding becomes even greater as you get older but by then you can use the best excuse ever invented: –
“Oh dear was I wrong again, this is happening more and more, I must be getting old”.
It really is the best get out of jail card ever.
*Was it me who forgot to flush the loo – I don’t even remember going -it’s an age thing
*Did I not do the housework – I don’t remember you asking me – this is really starting to worry me, this getting old
*I know I was supposed to pick you up from the hairdresser but I could not find the car – perhaps I should stop driving.
The possibilities are endless.

POWER and PEACE as already posted via the Composite Plan is showing to be the only one of interest to myself.
