You almost feel sorry for Coward here. One word would sum up the situation for any entourage of racing’s rulers entering a confrontation with alumni of the warned off club at Donny this week:
Outnumbered.

Like him so long as it’s not your money that he’s taking with his loveable, cheeky chappie routine? His Mum would love you!
I’m not gonna get into a debate whether he’s a deceitful person or a loveable rogue, all I’ll say is that last Christmas I saw a programme on RUK and it was one of the most fascinating shows I’ve ever seen (racing wise).
He’s a very interesting bloke, whether people like him or not.

Ever since he crowned Denman’s fantastic Gold Cup win with the comment "We came here to break Kauto Star’s heart", I’ve never had any great grá for the man.
The Twitterati reports Findlay as bragging to journalists:
"My balls are as big as Paul Dixon’s head."
Quite an effort to make me feel sympathy for Dixon and Coward, but such boorish behaviour, if true, has achieved it.
