Greech and Parkin

I see on twitter that they are selling all their horses at the end of the season as Styart parkin is disillushioned with racing. I wonder what made him become that. They have some good horses too.
Mike Greech however is continuing his interest in racing.

For me everything was too “flashy” about them. Their twitter page wasn’t a bad idea, but i think they expected success immediately, and clearly they hadn’t considered the fact it might take time. Or at least one of the owners hadn’t!

I suppose it must be the frustration of having horses with some potential for the big days and hardly any getting there. Reality has bitten. I did wonder whether something was going on when Kupatana was moved to Nicholls

They did seem to have a fair few that looked being top class but none of them ever made the final step!

River Wylde was one I recall. He hasn’t gone on!

Maybe impatience played a big part in the decision
