I think so, they left it till after the last race finished on Day 4. Don’t believe he deserved a life ban or anything but come on ?
Thanks CAS. I’m very disappointed we are going to see ‘Trainer – G. Elliott’ on the festival racecards to be honest. I’m assuming that will be the case now. Chance missed to look like racing gave a ****, its going to be terrible to see headlines of him winning prestige races so soon, if he is on course or not does not really matter (he won’t be I’m assuming).

The biggest pressure came from within racing, which i was surprised at, charles byrnes got nowhere near this attention and his crime was 100000x worse. Thats a fact.

I thought he would get a year and a fine – this is similar.
They had to make a bit of an example of him – as there seems to be a disturbing, literally anything for a laugh, “lad” culture pervading isolated parts of racing at present and it needs to end – but this feels about right to me.
