Another nice clutch of points Graham and still one swap remaining..that is great.

I have updated the old Leaderboard with your points and Tonge’s also and will wait for anymore updates from Min and rest of players.

I’m slipping slowly down the Leaderboard having played all my Aces.
The lack of a Bonus hasn’t helped those with no swaps left only 2 in the whole competition and I would have been 600 points further down without them.
However still enjoying the competition.

Just seen that Barney Roy is down to run in a Listed race at Newmarket on Saturday Will Buick booked, look forward to seeing him again, think he needed that last race so hopefully should win. Jac

Hi Jac I did my final update at the weekend. I got a 3rd in a Group 3 over in the US. That wasn’t what I was looking for out of my 1st 3 selections. The rest are all at the Breeders Cup.

Hello to everybody

I still have 1 swap left hich I hope to use on Thursday in time for
The Breeders Cup and other weekend cards.

I did have something of a bonus with a Free Horse being allowed with
Victor Ludorum no longer in training, which I used to find Pennybaker
who won at Chantilly on Tuesday. This race was worth 120 Points so at
the moment I have 13080 Points and a Rank 0f 103.

Not sure about Victor Ludorum whether he has been retired to stand at
Stud or is injured. I think he never really fulfilled his early promise.

Any way looking forward to the weekend.

More news of Godolphin horses being retired.

Benbatl is to go to stud in Japan.

Anyone who still has him in their list should get a

Having no swaps left I thought myself lucky to have had 2 horses running in the Breeders Cup namely Albahr and Master Of The Seas so there will be no surprise that my final score remains at..

It’s been great fun playing this comp with you all as a Team although Godolphin let their players down with the lack of Bonus Races, no idea why they only had two..it certainly is a tactical game and trying to save swaps until the big day is extremely difficult so well done to all who managed it…Jac

Hello to everyone

Not quite sure how I feel now that the competition is all over.

Did not achieve my target of winning the book donated by Jac.

However I did get all four of the big scorers at the Breeders Cup
including Space Blues who I think is one of the top Godolphin horses
to follow of all time.

Still rather difficult to understand why we had no Bonus Races after
June, but it was the same for everyone.

On the bigger picture Godolphin, thanks to Charlie Appleby and his team
are now a force to be reckoned with and have many horses to look forward
too, both 3-Y-O and older horses. Will be interesting to see what the new
generation does next year.

My final score is 14,920 and a Rank of 81.

I would like to say thank you to all of you for generating all the interest
over the last 6 months or so during a time when good news was rather thin on
the ground.

Brilliant scores John and Catherine to get in the top 100 was a difficult task and I applaud your patience waiting with a swap in hand for the big Meeting.

Nathan you played a great game in difficult circumstances. You’ll be up there in the top 100 next Season and we all still have Meydan Thursdays to look forward too in the New Year.

As John says so many Godolphin horses to look forward to seeing again next year as we say a fond farewell to the brilliant Space Blues and Benbatl as they go off to warmer climes and then into retirement..one things for sure this is not the end but new beginnings so here’s to a great season and more to come.
