28 points @ 14.5/1 (betfair) Godsmejudge* (min 9/1)(£47 available)
27 points @ 8/1 (betfair) Rival D’Estruval (min 7/1)(£277 available)

7 points @ 10/1 (WH) Big Occasion (min 10/1)
10 points @ 27/1 (betfair) Rebeccas Choice* (min 18/1)(£75 available)
10 points @ 20/1 (betfair) Auroaras Encore* (min 18/1)(£97 available)Now:
4 points @ 15/1 (betfair) Always Right (min 15/1)(£210 available)Put away by the clerk of course. You don’t go from heavy to near good ground in two days!

If you haven’t yet bet my advice is:
To replace the main bet on Rebeccas Choice with Always Right. Don’t back Big Occasion at all. Godsmejudge doesn’t have the chance I thought on this ground, but still worth a good bet. Auroras Encore stands an even better chance than I thought and should have more money on than originally posted.Above stakes will be kept as far as this thread is concerned but this is how I’d bet (in order of money on) if betting now:
Rival D’estruval
Auroras Encore
Godsmejudge
Always Right

Value Is EverythingApril 20, 2013 at 19:33 #436885Can not believe how well extreme distance chases have gone this season. Got all British Nationals with Monbeg Dude, Auroras Encore and now Godsmejudge; along with others such as Well Refreshed Sussex National and Grand National Trial, Big Occasion’s Midlands National etc.

Watching the Charlie Poste feature on ATR, just realised I backed the British National treble last year too with Le Beau Bai, Neptune Collonges and Merigo.

Very impressive I doubt there are any paid tipsters that can say that!
Now all that’s left is for you to tell me who’s going to win every race at Sandown for when I go this Saturday

Will do my best Ben. Probably be having bets in 4 Sandown races on Saturday. Keep being told by people who should know about these things – I should be charging for this Ben!

I’ll be refreshing this page with intensity then Ginge! Will be nice to see Nichols collecting his trophy too.
I’m annoyed Walsh has chozen Back in Focus tomorrow, after this years RSA I swore to myself never to bet on a horse jockied my Townend again (probably more out of stubbornness than him being a bad jockey). Might just do a Boston Bob/Sprinter Sacre/Champagne Fever treble and leave it at that.

50 points @ 2/1 (VC) Jezki* (min 2/1)Glad someone else fancies Jezki Ginge! CF is very strong in the market and being widely tipped. I think CF will be better over further in time and Jezki might just have too much pace for him round Punchestown, I know CF won here last year but he’s galloping stlye suits Cheltenham perferctly not sure he’ll be quite so effective here.
Certainly Jezki is now the value at 2/1.

I agree, it’s also easy to forget that Jezki blundered the last at Cheltenham just as he’d gotten within half a length of MTOY and CF. He seemed to be getting closer to the pair after this before fading slightly in the last 50meters or so. This track should suit Jezki more it just depends on whether CF is allowed that room infront where he can dictate matters.
A cheeky Boston Bob/Jezki double pays around 13/1
