But I’d have paid good money to see you in front of the stewards GT. Good on you! When I felt a tap on the shoulder and the doorman showed me the door – did wonder whether I was going to be frogmarched out of the racecourse.

lol omg ginge what you like . Wish I could’ve been there
July 19, 2015 at 14:46 #1139191Even harder to swallow was Paul Hanagan’s response to CH4’s questions , when asked about Levey’s mount
being so far clear of the field , and how worried was he about pegging the lead back.Had Hanagan been one hundred per cent honest , he would have replied that he knew all
along what was going to happen , and that a plan had been hatched in order to take the sting out of Consort ,
which would set the race up nicely for his fellow ( Intilaaq ) .Gambling Only Pays When You're Winning
July 20, 2015 at 07:20 #1139533This is indeed a departure, you have been an enthusiastic apologist for all manner of ineptitude and corruption among Trainers and Jockeys. It is good that you raised objections to this bizarre performance from Levey. If we leave it to the stewards then Jockeys and trainers will continue to take the P***.
July 20, 2015 at 11:22 #1139665No “departure” Woolfie, I’ve never claimed racing to be 100% staight. Will do my best to highlight the odd occasions there might be something wrong; including bringing it to the attention of the authorioties/stewards.
Value Is EverythingJuly 20, 2015 at 15:27 #1139831I applaud your selfless actions on behalf of us, the common horseplayers.

You be careful Jessie. I can just imagine you asking ginge for a nibble but him being too engrossed on which horse is sweating and which horse is relaxed so you take it upon yourself to open Mark’s packet of biscuits and just as you are about to put one in your mouth it’s precisely the same time Mark goes for his notepad as he has noticed horse A wearing first time earrings and catches you red handed with your lips around his ginger nuts. Not only does he frog march you to the stewards room to look at all the camera angles of your actions but decides to knock some points off your SP as you’ve gone down in value.

July 23, 2015 at 07:36 #1141197Fair play for blagging your way in – and yes, the tactics did set the race up for Intilaaq – but that wasn’t a non trier.
Had the horse stayed in front the jockey would happily have won and (as Cormack suggests) the frantic way Dettori and Hanagan set about their mounts a fair way out suggested they too thought they might have got too far behind.
