Do they know something I don’t or are they taking a view? I thought the early 14/1 represented massive value but what interests me more is the following:

    Paddy Powers go 11/1 Geordieland.

Place odds worked from each way terms: 11/5 (11/1 the price, 1/5 the odds the place terms)

They offer 9/4 place only.

9/4 > 11/5

This makes no sense at all to me. They sometimes offer better place only prices than on the each-way market when there are 7, 14 or 15 runners in a handicap, but offering better place only 10 runners in a non handicap seems absurd. It will be interesting to see how he runs.
Is there much difference between 9/4 and 11/5 and wasn’t it better anyway on Betfair?
