    Romantic Style 5-1 ew

Beat Ramatuelle and Tamfana on her seasonal reappearance and those 2 gave the form a bit of a boost today.

I like the look of louise Procter

She’s looked potentially very smart so far

MINOUSHKA for me in this – her late burst in the trial which saw her just denied by Candala who misses this renewal, Sparkling Plenty & Rose Bloom back in the trial respectively. Louise Proctor beat Vertbois in the Belvedere Stakes on the all weather and we could not overlook the Godolphin entry here Romantic Style who beat Ramateulle in the Prix Imprudence and that form was boosted after she was just denied in the 1000gns at Newmarket with Tamfana back in fourth.

Romantic Style for me. I rarely back Buick but can’t look past her form with Ramateulle.

Rock n Swing should be thereabouts, has won C&D last time out. Form of that race looks decent with 2 winners since. Each way for me.

ROMANTIC STYLE, CONTENT and FOLGARIA have similar group 1 form lines going into this. Appleby’s beat Ramatuelle and Tamfana over 7f in a trial, AOB’s was just in behind Porta Fortuna at the Breeders Cup and Botti’s was ahead of Elmalka at Newbury.
Have to go with FOLGARIA at the best price of the three, she gets a mile, had the guineas winner behind her and doesn’t seem ground dependent.

I like Folgaria (around 15/2 now) and Vespertilio (12s right now) both WIN, but the question is whether they are a bigger price with the French Tote

Im with you mike (only 7/2 though) 4th gave it a noce boost also today, id have her 2/1- 15/8 personally

French racing notoriously tricky, id be lying if i said i wasnt worried about the rouget horse, i am, but on form and price she has to be a straight lay and if she does it she does it

Ill save on folgaria as i feel shes overpriced currently

I think Fred Darling winner Folgaria is overpriced. Holly on board and trainer picked up Lingfield’s Group 3 today.

The more I know the less I understand.

Not sure this is a great race. The pedigrees don’t exactly jump off the page.

Thrown a couple of darts at Tulipa Chope and Rouhiya. Of the two I would prefer Rouhiya. She was very impressive in winning on the all weather (three of the next four have won since), and she shaped well enough on her reappearance on ground that was likely much too soft. Stall 10 not ideal, but most of the fancied horses are drawn wide.

I’m wondering if the ground will be issue for Rock n Swing. Only ran on soft and heavy ground. Tulipa Chope has decent form and C&D experience. Another one I’m considering.

For anyone struggling to find out what the ground is between the RP saying soft and some sites saying very soft

Its proper FIRM currently, good to firm in places

There is a threat of thunderstorms but they’d have to be pretty unlucky to get brutalized by any inclement weather.

If it*’s proper FIRM going then I’d add Content to my picks. But, as Mike already pointed out Romantic Style seems to have the best form on offer.

Romantic Style for me too. :good:
Liked the way she won the Bosra Sham at Newmarket’s Final Meeting last November and she looks like any ground will suit. It was particularly soft going that day.
