Astriphyicocal
What in heaven’s name does this mean?
Edit: sorry GGD on second thoughts I think it must simply be a spell check error

September 24, 2006 at 03:39 #76991sorry I meant astrophysics
My computer can’t cope with the spell checker…it is a very old computer; and I type fast so you must forgive me my odd spelling error.

September 28, 2006 at 15:18 #76993If that is lifted directly from the court you would have thought they could have spelt Kieren correctly.
September 28, 2006 at 16:04 #76994He changed the spelling of his name some years ago for whatever reason but presumably not by deed poll and they would have to use his legal name.
September 30, 2006 at 10:26 #76995Judge has imposed reporting restrictions on a certain aspect of the case. Trial could be late 2007 but early 2008 is more likely.
September 30, 2006 at 11:28 #76996Then in the meantime surely he must be able to continue riding?
September 30, 2006 at 11:47 #76997Yes, in Ireland, France and Turkey
November 6, 2006 at 12:03 #408Fallon to retire?
He seems to be getting twitchy… :o
November 6, 2006 at 13:03 #30316I don’t blame him after being victimised the way he has. it would be a sad loss to the sport if he does retire.

<br> What a complete and utter waste of a great talent – whichever way it goes!

Without dragging up the old debate, we hardly know whether this is the case yet do we?
November 6, 2006 at 13:16 #30319Clive,
Judging on your many posts on this subject, you certainly seem to know what the case is….

November 6, 2006 at 13:21 #30320Thats a ridiculous comment
The bulk of the comments on here have been along the line of "hes a great jockey so he must be innocent" and other such garbage. His defenders have been far more quick to judge
I suspect that the SFS are not wasting their time right now, but I have no more idea than anyone else what the outcome will be
November 6, 2006 at 13:30 #30321His defenders have been far more quick to judge
As has his attackers have been, which you have been a major one…
November 6, 2006 at 14:20 #30322Oh Clive please….do not come on here trying to suggest you have not judged Fallon!!! You suggest he is getting "twichy" when it could easily have been put down as being generally fed up with it all.
Now if you think he is guilty, that is absolutely fine, completely up to yourself and you may well be right. But dont try and fool any one here that you are a "neutral" in this case because from your posts your clearly not ( but like I said that is not a problem but just dont hide it!).
November 6, 2006 at 14:23 #30323Not judged him in this particular case
But thats different from overall :)
