    I was watching Racing TV yesterday and saw quite a few nasty looking falls … I didn’t hear any updates either way … and various results I’ve checked didn’t give the dreaded info … I hope they are all OK (and also one from earlier in the week although I’m almost sure he didn’t make it, ROCKANRYE Punchestown 22nd Feb) … I guess will have to wait for The HRI list … I do wish commentators would update …

    It is not good news.
    I had to look very hard for any information.
    Sad for the horse and all associated.

    Lochinver, do you you have any news about Alko Rouge? He was so tired (ran in the 4.30), he was walking towards the 2nd last and was still asked to jump it. After that he was about 22 seconds behind the winner when asked to jump the last where he took a crunching slow motion fall.

    I’m not sure whether he was okay or not, that’s why I’m asking. Anyway the jockey apparently got away without being questioned about the incident. Oh, I forgot, it happened in Ireland…. No questions seem to be asked.
