Well done Mike and anyone else on. What a lovely looking horse.
June 7, 2025 at 15:40 #1732426Well done winners and once again racing prominent proved the key again.
June 7, 2025 at 15:41 #1732427Chester Vase form pretty much replicated.
Moore had an utter mare!
June 7, 2025 at 15:41 #1732428Well done winners , winning rider played to his horses strengths but that’s going to be an average derby at best
June 7, 2025 at 15:42 #1732429Get In!!!!!
June 7, 2025 at 15:43 #1732431That’s the way to win a Derby.
Well done all winners and to the big place players too. Jac
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...June 7, 2025 at 15:45 #1732433Ta all.
wd winners.
June 7, 2025 at 15:46 #1732434He has an Irish St Leger entry………doubt he will be taking that option up.
A soft ground Arc may be right up his street, he has already won on very soft in France as a 2yr old and he was relentless today.
June 7, 2025 at 15:46 #1732435Time slow by 2.9 seconds.
Winner is a good horse but they let him go.Value Is EverythingJune 7, 2025 at 15:47 #1732436I was expecting a race not a procession!
Well done Lambourn winnersJune 7, 2025 at 15:47 #1732437“Moore had an utter mare!”
I can let him off. He was riding a Dubawi in a Derby. ;o)
June 7, 2025 at 15:48 #1732439True Wilts but when did we last have a quality derby ?
June 7, 2025 at 15:48 #1732440.
June 7, 2025 at 15:49 #1732442Agree Ginger. It was clear he was going to win from a long way out. It felt similar to Serpentine’s Derby, although I suspect Lambourn is a fair bit better than the winner in that unusual Derby.
June 7, 2025 at 15:49 #1732443A lot were pulling early on (Damysus particularly badly) and he was left alone on the front end so it will be interesting to see if they continue to ride him that way as I would imagine he won’t be allowed that kind of leeway again.

English Leger looks right.
June 7, 2025 at 15:51 #1732445Well … that was a bit of an anti-climax. Reminds me of Serpentine’s Derby to an extent.
The one I’ve put into my notebook is the run of Nightime Dancer who finished in 8th.
