Really like Meetmebythesea, and one I could see me following over the next few seasons. Thought he’d be my Antepost pick, despite the short price, but went for another in the end.

This race throws up the occasional big priced shot, and at 33’s, I’ve went with Silver Thorn. Work to do, but I’ve seen enough to think he can make the frame

This is another of my favourite races. Lots of promising horses entered and of those at the top of the market I really like Meetmebythesea as well VtC. Can’t be backing him at those odds though.

The one I like at a price is Not So Woolly. I am a sucker for a horse with solid placed form but without winning when making their handicap debut and this guy fits the bill. 25/1 EW.

I liked the way he won at Doncaster. Perhaps he did not beat much but he did it well and looked a cut above average.
