Suffered a heart attack on the gallops, apparently.
Rest in peace.
Dreadful news. Why would a fit and well fed horse suffer such a fate?

Second heart attack for an Elliott horse too following 3 year old Lucky Fella earlier this week. Very sad for all concerned.
Shocked and saddened to read this and he was so young with everything before him.
It could it have been some kind of aneurysm that caused his demise, it is a sad fact that we have seen horses both NH and flat collapse and die in this manner and also cross country and show jumping, they give their all.
Thoughts with all his connections.

Hard to believe this has happened he was just starting out.Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...
