Reverse forecast thrown in tooGaelic Warrior Gold Cup Winner 2026
June 15, 2022 at 16:21 #1602272Think O’Brien is not firing so puts me off Mother Earth
Gaelic Warrior Gold Cup Winner 2026
June 15, 2022 at 16:26 #1602274Wd Nathan. Wd winners.
June 15, 2022 at 16:27 #1602275Saffron Beach won easily, is a very good filly with excellent conformaion but with the french horse coming out, Mother Earth and Bashkirova below form… tbh probably didn’t have much to beat.
Value Is EverythingJune 15, 2022 at 16:30 #1602276Well done Nathan, she had it won from a way out. I hope you had an ew on yours Ghost!
Mother Earth had her head down OK so likely not feeling the ground too much? Just not as good as last year, or the yard not 100% right.June 15, 2022 at 16:32 #1602277Had Thunder Beauty EW … better than the winner’s price!
June 15, 2022 at 16:37 #1602287Nice one Ghost.
Value Is EverythingJune 15, 2022 at 16:40 #1602292Take note … 7:50 at Nottingham tonight … Thundershower (number 8)
June 15, 2022 at 16:40 #1602293Only two of AOB’s runners have been well backed so far this Royal Ascot.
Cleveland yesterday a good second and Little Big Bear in the 5:35 today.Value Is EverythingJune 15, 2022 at 16:42 #1602294Coincidence bets are not my thing, Ghost.
Value Is EverythingJune 15, 2022 at 16:57 #1602298Fully understandable Ginge. Every now and again though, one has to be prepared for weird circumstances
June 15, 2022 at 18:03 #1602323Well I was right about mother earth and bashrikova
The obrein horse has regressed badly
And bashrikova was beaten so early she clearly ran too early
If only sibila Spain wasn’t in the race as I’d have backed Saffron beach
Money back isn’t the end of the world though as at best I think I’d have got place money
You could see Saffron beach had won at the 3f pole
June 15, 2022 at 19:14 #1602331I cant have that bashikova was below form ging. If she was i5 was below a form she’s not run to before surely?

Jolly good, Ghost. Since my own betting this week has been abysmal, I will try your system.
Thundermoor/Path of Thunder 50p ew double tomorrow pays £315.20 if they both win. I’m in.June 15, 2022 at 21:59 #1602349“I cant have that bashikova was below form ging. If she was i5 was below a form she’s not run to before surely”?

Barishkova would’ve had to improve on Epsom to trouble Saffron Beach today, Clive. What I am saying is Barishkova didn’t even run to that Epsom form… And therefore (along with SB’s other main rivals) – Mother Earth’s continued lacklustre performances and Siblia Spain’s non-participation – Saffron Beach did not have much to beat which explains her 3 1/2 lengths victory.
FF is probably right, the race came too soon for Barishkova. Although interesting that Siblia Spain was drawn between Barishkova and Mother Earth so possibly her antics frightened one or both those fillies and their minds weren’t on the job.
tbh Considering Saffron Beach’s ease of victory even if Mother Earth ran to form and Barishkova improved on Epsom I still think Saffron Beach would’ve won, it was just an easier win than would’ve been the case.
Value Is EverythingJune 16, 2022 at 08:10 #1602396I would dispute that ging. Didn’t beat a horse rated more than 105 at epsom and only one horse in yesterdays race rated below that. That epsom race isn’t always that good I think
It’s not just ratings of course but The goodwood run wasnt h anything special either
I was surprised saffron went off price she did in truth. Has a lovely attitude too
June 16, 2022 at 13:25 #1602448Where we can agree is that 5/2 about Bashkirova was too short, I had an average price of nearer 5/1 and some bigger put on before Tuesday’s racing started. I was probably wrong believing the Epsom form a little (only a little) better than the official ratings. The way she won at Epsom too I thought suggested she was better than her rating. ie Dwelt and seemed to be looking around and still appearing green. But did the same thing yesterday so that’s probably just her temperament. But she was progressive before yesterday and a further progression would’ve (with Mother Earth disappointing) probably seen her second.
However, even on her official Epsom rating should’ve done better than the distance she was beaten yesterday. Can’t see how you can think she ran to Epsom form, Clive. Distance beaten doesn’t add up to her Epsom rating. If you thought she was a 5 1/4 lengths worse horse than Saffron Beach I hope you laid Barishkova @ 5/2.
Yes, (for me) in hindsight I backed the wrong horse as the main bet and wrong horse for the saver. Wouldn’t wish what happened to the French filly on any horse, but at least with money back on Siblia Spain the “saver” Saffron Beach actually made me a little profit from the race.
