The one that I find really interesting here is State Occasion. Very consistent type, and been looking forward to seeing her try for three on the bounce. I think 8’s is very fair, and if I had an inkling that she was definitely going here, I’d bet her just now at those odds.
As usual my eye is drawn to Euchen Glen. Only found one too good in this last year, and though that showed that the shorter trip isn’t too much of a drawback, his vulnerability to younger legs is. He’s still paid his way this year, but the rides are starting to grate, and perhaps a repeat of last years tactics might make a difference.
This isn’t really a race for betting two, but I’ll bet Euchen just now, as I’d be surprised if he’s bigger than 19’s at weekend, and I do expect him to go, while I’ll reluctantly wait with State Occasion until Final Decs
Euchen Glen 10’s
State OccasionSeptember 14, 2022 at 17:52 #1614696Let’s hope Euchen Glen’s trainer remembers to declare him tomorrow – he seems to be experiencing difficulty knowing what day of the week it is at the moment.
I think State Occasion is interesting too, but I’m waiting for the declarations tomorrow morning.
