It’s just down the road from me so we got there late as it was ultimately a last minute decision but purely by luck rather than judgement we managed to arrive about 10 mins before the big race.
I say luck but having blindly backed the odds on jolly in the race – without a racecard or any knowledge of the runners, my luck turned sour when said jolly hit the front on the uphill run-in only to get caught in a 3 way photo – in only a 4 runner race IIRC
As for the SPs, I’m not sure as I’d already headed back towards my spot by the finish line but I doubt there were any arbing opportunities…
