Bit of a disaster for us in Oman and that’s one of the worst rounds I’ve
seen Luiten put in, he completely lost his touch. Not to worry, we’ve
still got really good chances, not least being Raymo with Fleetwood who
at 5 under is leading the charge. I wouldn’t be surprised if a par round
would be enough for him Raymo. this course is playing tough and I don’t
see anyone hitting 5 or 6 under. So at 2 under we still have a shout Darren,
you with Berger and me with Sungjae Im. Surely we can’t have 2 competitions
on the same day where we have the leader, and one each very close and come
out with nothing. Unthinkable, isn’t it
Well we’re off and running, and Raymo your man Fleetwood isn’t hanging about,
2 birdies after 2 holes played to get to 7 under
Fortunately for me Sungjae isn’t giving up the chase with 3 birdies after
4 holes, so only 2 back from your man. It’s a steady start from Berger
Darren, he’s level after 2 and still 2 under. Long way to go but at this
time it looks more promising than this afternoon All to play for, coldn’t be closer than a 3 way tie at 5 under
Fleetwood/SungjaeI/Steele. The back nine is where your bottle is tested.

I am not sure I can cope LOLI thought when I got the birdie on 11 that I had a real shout, but back to back
bogies kind of stopped Im in his tracks. I’m playing catch up again and after
last week I’d be pleased to see Fleetwood go on and keep his head in front for
you Raymo, but I’m not giving up just yet
Im’s not dropped his head after going behind, drilled that drive from the
par 3 15th to 6 feet. Surely a birdie coming up I’ve got 20 quid e/w on Im at 35/1, Raymo and it looks like it’s between you with
Fleetwood and me with Im, so I’ve stuck 50 quid on fleetwood at 13/2 as Im is odds
on now. It still could go either way.Think I need two birdies in three holes which is very unlikely!
Good Luck with Im Graham This isn’t going to plan on the 18th Raymo, I’ve got a bad feeling about this after being 1/4
into 1/2. Looking through my fingers and my stomach is like a tumble dryer Fleetwood just given himself a chance on 17 Raymo, if he rolls it in i fancy him
to birdie the last. I wouldn’t grudge you it mate
