Well done finding the betting slip Darren :good: It is just money to money though LOL
    My bets this week

    WGC MEXICO
    M FITZPATRICK 50/1
    S LOWRY 60/1
    R CABRERA BELLO 80/1
    V PEREZ 80/1

    PUERTO RICO OPEN
    M NESMITH 30/1
    F GOMEZ 66/1
    D LINGMERTH 200/1
    B VAN PELT 500/1

I fancy the Europeans in Mexico as it is a tight course and fancy some outsiders in PR as the shortest priced winner of this ever was at least fifty to one

    Be Lucky Boys :good: :good:

Got my bets on on yesterday, just getting round to posting them up today.

Well done darren finding your betslip for Mcnealy, that was a very nice e/w at 200/1.
I’d check down the back of the couch as well if I were you mate :good:

    Puerto Rico Open

Viktor Hovland 11/1 (25/1 1st round leader market)

It’s only his 2nd year on the PGA Tour, but he’s shown that he’s a player with
great promise. He finished last year with a decent T6 in the QBE Shootout, although
he hasn’t exactly set the heather alight with his 2 tournaments after his 6 week
Christmas/New year break having missed the cut at Phoenix and T38 at Pebble Beach.
Even so, he’s the class act in this field and I expect him to make his mark here.

Beau Hossler 40/1 (45/1 1st round leader market)

He may have struggled to get into contention on the Tour, but he has shown flashes
of decent play such as his T13 in the Houston Open last back end and T9 last month
in the farmers. He doesn’t have the same calibre of opposition here and I think
he’s one of the more likely to still be there come Sunday afternoon.

Sebastian Cappelen 80/1 (70/1 1st round leader market)

It’s a bit of a wing and a prayer bet here with Cappelen, there aren’t too many in
this field that I rate, but he did catch my eye when up there for a long way in
the American Express last month and followed that just outside the top 20 next
time out in the Farmers. You’d have to excuse him 2 missed cuts in his last 2,
but those were strong fields, and this isn’t. At the odds he represents a bit
    of value.

    WGC Mexico just coming up.

Well done with Scott BigG, that got me some money back :good:

I honestly thought he was going to throw it at some point, he missed 2 very makeable birdie putts early on the back 9, but luckily no one else could put together a run either.

I am going to have a punt on the Mexican open myself, as I am currently in Mexico it would be rude not too :good:

Going to fly the flag and go with 2 other Brits on tour here Tommy Fleetwood win, and a sentimental E/W on Lee Westwood.

    Good luck guys

    WGC Mexico Championship

Tommy Fleetwood 22/1 (25/1 1st round leader market)

I really like Fleetwood, he’s an amiable big guy with a great attitude. He
played some great golf last year with a pile of top 5 finishes including
runner up in the Open and he did get his head in front in the Nedbank.
He showed his game is still going well after his break when T2 in the
Abu Dhabi and T11 in the Dubai Desert Classic. Did well enough in T19 to
show he knows his way around here.

Louis Oosthuizen 40/1 (40/1 1st round leader market)

He’s playing as well as he has done for some time, and when he’s on song he
can score really low rounds. Runner up in the South African Open last month,
with rounds of 64 and 65 thrown into the mix. Into the place money again last
month with 5th in the Abu Dhabi with a fine 66 finishing round. If he’s there
on Sunday afternoon he will have a great shout, he isn’t one to bottle it he
is as steady as they come.

Patrick Reed 45/1 (45/1 1st round leader market)

I’ve had a couple of bets recently with Reed, and as I’ve said before he was a
player that I tended to leave out because of his temperament, but he seems to have
managed that better these days. He was close in the Sentry last month when beaten
by JT in a play-off and he didn’t do a lot wrong in the Farmers last month either,
finishing T6. He was a decent T14 in this last year and he goes into this in better
form this time. A very decent chance.

Sungjae Im 60/1 (50/1 1st round leader market)

He’s not quite got back into the swing of it yet this year, although he’s had one
top 10 in the American Express last month, but he’s shown over his couple of years
in the PGA Tour, with a string of top 10s, that he’s worthy of his place. It surely
won’t be long before he gets that first victory.

That’s me for this week chaps, I thing we put up a good showing last week and here’s
hoping for an even better one this week :good:

Looks pretty open with the top six in Mexico Darren of which we have four of them!!
Unless someone further down shoots the lights out but I can’t see all six of them dropping off!!

In Puerto Rico there are still a lot close and I just hope my man Lingmirth can get some birdies on the back nine!!

Final round guys, and it’s looking very promising in Mexico. We’ve got
the one two three between us Darren, JT with the lead and Van Rooyen
and Reed just 1 shot back. JT has to be fav and would be a nice 10/1
winner for you Darren, but Van Rooyen would be a whopper of a winner
for you at 150/1. Obviously I’m hoping that Reed, at 45s, can do the
business, but if not I’d love to see VanRooyen get the better of JT
for you. Raymo your certainly not out of it with DeChambeau just 4
back. We all know he’s capable of repeating his 2nd round 63, and
    that may well be enough.

Puerto Rico isn’t looking too bad either, I’ve got my nose in front
with Hovland and I’m hoping he has the class to see it out. Raymo
your man Lingmerth might be just too far back at 7 behind, unless
the leaders come back, but what a place he would be at 200/1. He’s
only 1 shot outside of T5 and has a real shout for you. Your man
Darren, the wonderfully named Maverick McNealy, is only 1 shot
further back and a good chance of getting into the money too.

All in all it’s looking very promising, I’d be pig sick if some
of us, and hopefully all of us, don’t walk away with some decent
cash this week. Very best of luck guys :good:

Looking good in Mexico for you two :good:
And Graham like you say Victor has the lead in Puerto Rico too!!
I have a couple not far off the places in PR with Lingmeth and Nesmith but can’t see em catching the front ones.

Like you say Graham lets hope we can all have a good payday :good: :good:

Not all bookies got outrights for all events so far so other bets up here tomorrow.

PETRA KVITOVA 14/1 WTA Qatar open

Big serving Czech who was not beaten in ST Petersburg she withdraw through not being well and now back to 100 percent every chance of her going far this week.Could be Suarez Navarro in opener while Ostapenko after that while Pliskova could be waiting in last 8.With maybe Barty or Muguruza in last 4.

    DONNA VEKIC 40/1

In other half of draw in Qatar a chance this improver can do well to has Switek up 1st and that match go either way then Mertens follows while Svitolina in draw she not at her best yet. While seeds here like Bencic not at her best while Bertens better on slower terrain.Sabalenka go well again to but hope Vekic can do it

    Raonic lost in 3sets gutted.

    Tennis bets rest of week

    GRIGOR DIMITROV 16/1 ATP Mexicano

Won event on debut here in 2014 been in last 16 victim last few events but draw here looks like a chance go further a QF with Wawrinka not ideal but can beat him same with Nadal who has had some shock defeats here.

JUAN Igniazio LONDERO 9/1 ATP Chlie open

With doubts over recent winners in Rudd and Garin a chance someone else will win instead and bet be rested and he could get Garin in last 8 but a chance not get that far and after that not many other players he fear here.

SLOANE STEPHENS 5/1 WTA Aberitio mexicano

A former winner here before loves coming to place this was a event found form again to go onto win in Miami in 2018.Got a wildcard up 1st then Shelby Rogers and while a last 8 match with Venus could be one matches of event Sloane can go past her.And nothing faze her in other side of draw to.

Well no surprise on a Sunday night, my nerves are frayed again after
watching Hovland put me through it in Puerto Rico, and needing a birdie
at the last, but thank flip he got it

Now I’ve got to go through the next 2 and a bit hours watching Reed put
me through it no doubt in Mexico

At least we are all still there at the halfway stage DeChambeau, Van Rooyen
and Reed all tied at 15 under, and JT one behind. I see that MOM isn’t out
of it by a long chalk with Rory at their heels 1 back. We’re in very good
company tonight gents, all of us :good:
