Having backed Lush Lashes, I suppose I’ll have to side with her.

It’s always difficult to read somebody’s ‘tone’ on the net so I’m not sure whether we’ve both misunderstood each other. It seems that you’ve taken umbrage at my post, and to be honest I’m mystified by that; but there you go.
I don’t subscribe to Timeform and I was curious whether the organisation rated the Oaks performance as being very good. McGrath blamed a number of jockeys the other week for setting too strong a pace. I merely wondered if that feeling was a general one at Timeform and whether Look Here’s performance at Epsom was being taken at face value.
Obviously from your pasting of the perspective comment it’s clear that the organisation rate her very highly.

August 22, 2008 at 11:54 #177674Michita for me. Well made powerful filly who is improving and is well worth a crack at G1 level again.
Lush Lashes won’t get the trip unless they crawl. I can see her hitting the front two out and getting done for stamina. Manning does tend to go around the 2f marker in races.
Look Here would have won had she been here. I hope we see her again this season.

Can’t agree with you on the stamina side at all. She looked to me like she would have gone another 2 furlongs easily last time out and she does travel exceptionally well.
Michita will no doubt try and make sure she is tested but she has her own limitations to worry about. It’s one thing taking the sting out of the tail of a bee but this girl is a scorpion who looks ready to pounce at anytime during her races.
We will know shortly but I think she will show way too much venom for Mitchata and Co and come home a very easy winner.
You can convince yourself of anything when looking for value but IMO the only value to be had is get your lunchbox on this class filly Lush Lashes.

Surely the racing security people will have something to say about that?
